I ordered a royal fudge brownie blizzard with Oreos in it and when I got it there were no Oreos in the blizzard and when I received it … it was melted so it was melting in my truck before I even got to eat it and now I have a bunch of stains in the cloth of my seats that have to clean but the service wasn’t too bad so that was a plus

Sadly was a quite filthy store. Found hair on our mustard bottle, every bottle on the tables near us was filthy. Had to choose secondary drink options thanks to primary choices being empty in the machine. Definitely eat elsewhere. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance until they clean up their act.

Stopped in close to closing time and ordered a couple of triple cheeseburger with everything and a peanut buster parfait. The cheeseburgers were probably the best burgers I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Everyone working there were extremely kind and friendly and they take pride in their job unlike most fast food restaurants they actually enjoy taking care of the customers. As a matter of fact I think I will go back today and order another triple cheeseburger before leaving Pikeville, this is the kind of service I’ve seen all over Pikeville. Also you can’t beat the price.

Worst place to go to at night time the most rudest manager I’ve ever seen and one of the worst employees I have ever seen they are very rude I ordered the number nine and they tell me it’s just a hamburger you don’t get the whole combo that is just a hamburger as for my money back the manager gets mad throws my food on the floor and then throws it back into my vehicle with the receipt and will not give me my money back for their mess up wanted to slam their windows because they got mad about something that they did I recommend you people not to go there and to beat it out then they call the cops on us for what cuz we wanted our money back it was really uncalled for those two should absolutely lose their job I will be making a phone call to the store manager first thing in the morning and I will be calling corporate to let them know how their workers treat people

Great food but they’ve messed up my order twice now in a week… I try not to make anything complicated when ordering and I never ever ever am rude to a fast food employee… most of the time I won’t leave any negative reviews on anything like this… but the Manger today was so rude. They got my shake wrong through the drive through, which is totally understandable for how busy they were and mistakes happen. I took the shake and receipt back in to exchange it for the right one and I was super nice and trying to be understanding but the manager who I spoke to, who was running register at the time, was so rude no matter my apology as well. There’s no need to be rude… I don’t understand why people wanna be this way.

Honestly I’ve had better experiences at the South Williamson DQ and that’s not saying much because the service there is also horrible. This store though takes the cake literally on slowest service. 25 + minutes for a Medium oreo cheesecake blizzard and it had 3 pieces of cheesecake. Sorry excuse of a business.

I want to say, Thank you so much. I had the best experience. I ordered a ice cream cake on Door Dash. I’m from another state and was trying to make my boyfriends birthday amazing. I ended up calling this store because the cake was nothing like I ordered, finding out that it was ordered through another store.
I apologized for wasting thier time and Jennifer (Cake Manager) went above and beyond to help me. I was so frustrated with myself and she was amazing with me and the situation. Things got figured out and she was very kind.
