Food was ok. Wasn’t cold. Neither was it hot. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. I like my cheese on my burger to be fully melted. Fries seemed to be cooked in old oil.

The employee working drive thru had the product in stock and lied to me, plus refuse to sell me the product or blue dipped ice cream cone and my six year old daughter was crying and sad that she didn’t it. I would not recommend anyone in the state of Kentucky go to this establishment. Fix the issue or it will cost a Business.

Continues to lose quality and service. The food is thrown together, no one is paying attention to the orders, and terrible customer service. The fountain drinks aren’t being kept to quality and are just colored water at this point. No longer worth it for how expensive the prices are now.

This was an amazing Dairy Queen. We rolled in about lunch time with 17 motorcyclists with no warning. I have never seen a dairy queen get food out so fast. The orders were perfect and the food was good.
I think this location is the gold standard for how a restaurant should operate. Great job.

My boyfriend and I used to work at this Dairy Queen. I received my W2 in the mail and he did not. We have given them time to send it and still nothing. We decided to go in and ask about it. We was very polite but the manager there just stared at us while no orders were coming in or anything. There was cashiers outside smoking. We waited 15 minutes for someone to talk to us. After that wait, the employee was very rude and so was the manager. Completely unprofessional and rude to everyone. This place is a joke.
