Ordered through drive thru a chicken strip basket because I had a digital coupon. When I pulled up she said she couldn’t take it because her scanner didn’t work in drive thru. She didn’t want to try to check me out at the other register and was grumpy about it. Not helpful at all and to make matters worse she was the manager on duty. I would have bought something else or gone somewhere else. I also didn’t get a receipt to even get points for it. The toast was soggy too. A let down for sure. She didn’t even apologize about it.

Only giving a 1 cause there’s no option for none! I ordered a chicken strip basket and they only gave me JUST CHICKEN STRIPS 2 at that. The person in the window was rude. Went back in to solve the problem they gave me fries that was undercooked? THEY ASSUMED I just wanted the chicken strips? When I clearly gave them my order, and one of the workers yelled at me and my man? I didn’t want the sundae. The menu DOES NOT STATE IT COME WITH IT. I have never got this basket with a sundae ever!! Just went with the loss before I went off. Here’s a picture of my “chicken strip basket” do better.

I can not tell you about the atmosphere because it was a drive thru order. Great window service. The only downside was my hamburger was not hot. The fries was delicious and hot. The chicken strips was great but no on the burger.

My lady and I had the new Superman Blizzard. David was the manager on duty and he and his staff provided an excellent experience. The store was clean, staff friendly and the blizzards were great.

Trying to figure out if this is actually a banana split??? This place has gone down hill bad. Looks like 2 drops of chocolate syrup and about the same drops of strawberry. 4 pieces of pineapples and a 1/2 of a strawberry . The only thing that I can say, well at least the bananas weren’t green.

The young girl working the register was very friendly and polite. She acted like she was happy to be there which is more than we see at many fast food restaurants we go to. The food and shakes were as to be expected for fast food. The onion rings tasted good.
