They are understaffed, but I have never seen three people work as hard as this crew did. They kept the lines going, there was almost no wait on products, and they never got annoyed or frustrated with the amount of customers and orders. The Blizzards also are ratioed perfectly, so that’s always a plus.

There is a husband and a wife running this store with no help. They are so cheap and rude they don’t hire help and it takes 20 mins at least to get anything. Beware!! This establishment is extremely slow to fulfill orders. If your delivering, you have to go through the drive thru and that takes forever. No efficiency for delivery orders. Stay away unless you want to lose time and money.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen experience I have had. We ordered a 6 piece chicken bite and an ice water. The chicken bites were 7 dollars and absolutely TINY. Smaller than McDonald’s nuggets. I’ve never been so ripped off in my life it’s almost just laughable. Do not recommend.
