Coming from the north, and Midwest, we were so excited to see a Dairy Queen in this location. Unfortunately, the delivery has not been great, and they are constantly out of items that we are seeking that are staple items on the menu. The staff is also inattentive at times, and seems to be tied to their phones near the drive-thru. A management presence seems to be lacking, to guide the team in delivering excellent service to the customer. I also noticed recently, that they had dropped from an A rating from Health Department to a B, which from my restaurant experience tells me that they are not operating behind the scenes well either, and may have issues that could affect the health of the public. I hope they pull it together, and get back on track.

Went through the drive-thru in the morning. Service was quick and efficient, but whatever we got was definitely not a dairy Queen brownie batter blizzard. It did not appear to have any chocolate syrup, it was a lightly grey color with bits of something black and grainy in it, and the ice cream itself tasted and had the appearance and texture of frozen milk.

The lady that made our blizzards today made them perfectly with the right amount of stuff. We got butterfinger and turtle flavors. These were the best we had in a long time. Thanks for the amazing treats that brightened our travels!

Waited about 10 minutes on a microwave burger with a strange taste. Staff not friendly. Chicken stips too crispy, all breading and very little meat. I can see why they are not busy and it is lunch time. Fries were good.

Every time we go here to eat we not only have to pull up and wait on our food for 20 mins, but this last time we went, the onion rings weren’t even fully cooked and they basically fell apart when you touched them. I don’t remember a time that I’ve went to this DQ and enjoyed the customer service.

Sat in line from 10:55 to 11:30 waiting for online order. Got tired lady’s in front and behind me held horns down so i backed out and went inside stood there two men were the only people working two so after standing another 10 mins i left no-one said anything or even looked at me. I Never got my lunch and my lunch time ended so i had to leave they better get a new manager in there or someone to fix the place or just close it down. Worst place ever i wont be back. At this point id would honestly close the door and close the place down pineville would be better off without dairy queen.. just close already

Service is key, otherwise plan to lock the door and see if they have a position open for a sanitation expert good thing is then you really will have SSDD all that to say. Really you will take someone’s order in the drive through but refused to take an order at the counter!!!!! app only. DID NOT EVEN GET A GREETING LEFT AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES STANDING AT THE COUNTER maybe the next business here will be worth stopping in

Let me start off by saying I’m 6 months pregnant and take my ice cream seriously. I walked in, waiting for 15-18 minutes before anybody noticed me, ordered a frosted animal cookie blizzard (my craving) and it took an additional 16 minutes before a blizzard was handed to me. It was a cotton candy blizzard. I didn’t notice until I got half way home. I’ve tried calling and calling the restaurant and no answer. I’m not mad I just want my frosted animal cookie blizzard. So now I’m sitting on my couch, sad I didn’t get my blizzard.

As of Sunday, 5-11-25, this location appeared out of business. Signage was off the front of the building and no cars in site. Not sure if this is a permanent closure as we were just passing through town.

Horrible service, waited in drive thru for five minutes and no service, backed up went inside and waited for five minutes and all the employees were laughing and talking between themselves that not one came and asked if I needed help.
So I just walked out, place is dirty and unclean.
