DISAPPOINTING!!
Waited to place my order thinking they are busy; the food will nice and fresh and that was a mistake!! Registers operator REPEATED my order and they still didn’t make my burger right!! I ordered mayo/lettuce only but the amount of ketchup and mustard is a joke, like a little dot of each. I also had a chicken strip basket with gravy. My gravy half full, fry’s OLD like no warmth at all and the chicken not fresh either. I spend $26 on food that was not good.

I love Dairy Queen. As a former employee, I might have high standards. But this store CONSISTENTLY gets on my nerves!! Every single time I have been to this restaurant, the wait time for my order has been RIDICULOUS!! At least 15 minutes, or longer, without fail. Dining in or in the drive-thru. Their food is always as it should be, I will say that. No complaints on my order, BUT BE PREPARED TO WAIT.

If your whole group orders chicken tenders at the same time, apparently, you’re more likely to get nice and hot, freshly made ones.
So the fries and tenders were hot and delicious. Par for the course.

Last time I go there every time they can’t even get a fish sandwich, right. It’s no wonder why there’s nobody at the drive through or inside. Very poor customer service. This last trip there I ordered a fish sandwich. It was wrong so they took it back and scraped it off and sent it back out cold. After all of this wouldn’t give me my money back for my whole order after I sat there ten minutes. Picture below are the first sandwich and the second one they made.

Came in at 11 for lunch. Service and food was perfect. A triple cheeseburger with 3 pieces of cheese? Most places your lucky to get 2 pieces on a double. Didn’t have any melted ice cream issues or a long wait. Got my go to s’more blizzard and it was just fine.

I picked up breakfast this morning, 10/4/25, and wanted to compliment the man working the drive-thru; he seemed to be the only employee, but handled the line of cars very skillfully. I didn’t catch a name, but would like for him to be recognized in some way, as I think working that would have been my personal hell. Give the man a raise!

3:30pm dine in visit, not busy. Fast and FRIENDLY service from Jacob! Great experience; Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Hope the 5 stars brings the overall rating up some.

Apparently their hours on here are wrong. The hours state that the drive through is open until 11:00 pm on Saturdays, the worker stated they now close at 10:30pm. It’s was so nice to rush over there to make it before “closing”, get there just in time (10:28pm), have them take my order, drive up to the window…only to have them tell me they were closed and had shut the machines down already. I hadn’t been to a DQ in years and had just recently started going back again….since they dont want to work until closing or stay open as late as their hours state, I’ll continue taking my money elsewhere. They are too overpriced anyways.
