Home of the Blizzard… and apparently the microwaved burger.
Ordered a burger expecting hot and fresh, but what I got tasted like it came straight out of a breakroom microwave. And can we talk about the toppings?? Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles should NOT be steaming hot. Those are cold toppings. They should never be warm, and definitely should never see the inside of a microwave. Nothing says “we gave up” like hot lettuce.
Ice cream? Still elite. Burgers? Absolutely not. If you’re coming here, stick to what they’re good at and avoid the “grill” like your dignity depends on it. Floor so sticky you almost loose a shoe. –And yes, I have called the store multiple times about this issue just for it to happen again when I come back through.

It just depends there are times I have been and it was ok and othtrimes not.so great
they are a little more on the pricey side so when I pay for three to four chicken strip baskets the 6 PC and they are putting literally crumbs in the box to make it look like a piece of chicken and that is pretty messed up. I will say the tis last time I was there the woman working was great all around she made sure ever was in there the chicken was definitely what it should be they just need to put a little bit more fries next they are not putting much in these days but I will say my last visit was great!! I hate to say it but when it’s the young ones working and not all but most they don’t care what they serve you and this is what we are paying for an sits not right just my opinion but hey if these things don’t matter to you then go for it but if these things do matter just make sure your checking your stuff before you leave is all.

This is the laziest bunch of people I have ever seen!!!! This location is horrid and they are too lazy to even serve breakfast ♂️ anytime I’ve come they stopped serving it later due to laziness so they just stopped altogether! Do not eat at fourteen foods Frankfort west location. I promise it’s nothing but disappointment ♂️ they would rather give their business to Jett drive location so shop there instead!!!

I like DQ because the food is hot! Having said that, went through drive thru and ordered the $7 meal deal. When handed the ice cream I was told they were out of lids. That would be difficult to drive with. And then handed a spoon with no wrapping on it. When asked if they had a wrapped spoon they said no. The person sneezed in their hand which already made me not want to think about eating the ice cream. It’s odd that an ice cream spot doesn’t have pre-wrapped utensils.

Takes the whole staff to take the trash out and smoke. Not a single one washed their hands or put on gloves. 7:30pm Feb 18th. Big guy had his arm shoulder deep in a trash can then touched the food, counter and register. GROSS. Ill never be back. How do you even get a whole group of nasty’s like that is beyond me. Time to start over. Or just close it. Least wash your hands after having fingers in your mouth and trash. Good grief.

Stopped in during our 127 yard sale adventure. Store was clean, staff was quick. We had a chocolate dip vanilla cone. One thing that I liked was they had a coke freestyle mix machine.

Food was good, but getting the food was a little too complicated. I told them I was dine-in, so I thought they would just bring it to the table (they were not super busy). They didn’t ask for my name either. Instead the guy just put it on the checkout counter and said “4 piece”. At first, I thought he was just telling the kitchen that they needed to make one. I went up there and found my food sitting there in a takeout box. Also, floors by the bathroom were super slippery and I almost fell twice because of that. Lastly, the prices on the menu board were not accurate.

This place has just gotten more careless each and every day. My spouse just sat in the drive thru for OVER 30 MINS waiting on food. He was able to finish his large blizzard within the time he was sitting there. You’d think with him having to wait, the food would be fresh. NOPE, WRONG. Food is ICE COLD! Burger is also undercooked. DO BETTER, Dairy Queen.

Ordered two medium Sundays and they barely put any ice cream in it, and no lids on either of them, I had to ask for lids after complaining about the size of the serving. If I’m going to pay nearly 10 dollars for that I expect to get the correct amount. Will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen again.
