I wanted to come on here and complement the two women that were working Sunday, February 22. My daughter was turning 10 and I completely forgot to take care of the cake. I called this Dairy Queen location thinking no cake was going to cut it or I just couldn’t get one. They were so helpful but when I got to the restaurant to pick up the cake is where I just became so appreciative. They had a perfect one ready and wrote on it so beautifully! A day that was so stressed because of little things that I have forgotten these two women made my day so much easier I did not get their names, but they deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Manager is great and doing her best but if she is not the one tanking the order and making the blizzard its bad. Staff is so bad. owner really needs to step up. The prices are crazy and lucky to get a blizzard. Oh well Andy”s is up the street too. No need to respond to this review.

So rude I ordered a Blizzard online and went through the drive-thru. I was told to pull up to the window, but when I got there, they said they never received my order. One employee politely explained that this had happened before, which I appreciated. However, another employee approached with a rude tone let me see your app “how can u even order without a app” I explained that I ordered through Google, not the app, and showed my receipt and bank confirmation. She responded, “It’s pending — that doesn’t mean it’s paid,” and walked away without further explanation.
Since I didn’t want to ruin my day, I paid again at the window for the Blizzard. Unfortunately, I was charged twice. The way the situation was handled — especially the rude attitude — was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Not sure why I bother to review, considering the responses to reviews are clearly not personal, but maybe it helps future customer. I placed an online cake order and had a confirmation code for this location to only be told upon arrival that the restaurant does not have access to the online cake orders. Proceeded to have me pick one out of the cooling case where they were not very good options for my occasion. Incorrectly wrote on the cake and proceeded to dig the icing out with a spoon to “Correct” it. Employee could’ve cared less.

I requested extra cocoa fudge in my blizzard. When they handed it to me and I could easily see the vanilla ice cream still, I requested they add more. The worker stated they already had and told me the white was the whipped cream…. When I kindly replied the ice cream didn’t even look chocolate let alone have extra, they closed the drive through window and walked away. The blizzard did not taste like it has chocolate at all and I am offended by the customer service standard.

I went through the drive through so I don’t know about the atmosphere inside, but the lady who took our order was rude and the Blizzard was meh. It didn’t get mixed up very well and the lady was clearly not happy to be working.

The fries were hot and salty, the chilly dog was also hot and it didn’t cause much of a mess in the car. The blizzard was cold like its supposed to be AND they gave us napkins.

On 5/10 Saturday night at about 9:30 the staff was arguing amongst themselves. The restaurant was filthy every table was dirty with food and sticky ice cream on each table one table was crawling with ants. I told a staff member and they went back to arguing with the other team members. The food was discussing the fries were hard like they had been cooked a while and so were the chicken tenders.
