This Dairy Queen has the best workers and managers. Everytime I visit the same people there. They are always friendly and quic even though is always busy here.
Everyone loves Blizzards but I ❤️ the Chicken Strips especially the new Buffalo ones. They’re always hot and fresh and the Texas Toast is always a great side.
It’s always clean here. I’ll definitely be back when im back in the area.

My daughter wanted a blizzard from there but she didn’t know what kind she wanted so she let the cashier pic her blizzard. She wanted it to be a surprise so she picked her favorite one which was the sugar cookie and I very much appreciate that worker. My daughter absolutely love that blizzard and she was so excited and so happy with the flavor that the worker picked out

We didn’t get a meal today, we brought the babies in to redeem their ice cream coupons that were included in previous meals. I love that we can put the coupons back for a later trip. Our children struggle to finish their meals, so we save the ice cream coupons for another day.

workers gave attitude when my autistic sister changed her mind about what she wanted, and was rude the entire time we were ordering. it’s my first time getting food here at dairy queen in berea ky and i definitely will not be getting food here again. and my burger was soggy. overall a horrible experience. don’t get food here!

We’ve given multiple try’s for ice cream and have been disappointed more than not. I think it’s finally time to write this location off.
Had the Peanut Buster Parfait 2 other times and they still put chocolate syrup in it, not fudge.
Blizzards are rarely not already melted. Tonight was the final straw. The cashier didn’t even attempt to flip either of them over. Why? Because they were basically milk. Not to mention they’re never mixed up.
Anyway again, breakfast here is good, but that’s all they have to offer.
Breakfast is good here. But, went for ice cream and the wife ordered a peanut buster parfait, the chocolate was not the usual fudge, but they squirted hersey’s syrup in between the layers… Thought we’d give them another chance, ordered blizzards, and they weren’t even close to being mixed enough. Then when they asked if we wanted lids, I said yes, and they smashed on a regualr drink lid, not the tall ones made for the ice cream.. Had ice cream running all down the cups as they reached them to me… So, at least for ice cream, if you want what you order, you may want to try a different location…

Stopped in for some ice cream. Saw a man with long beard, no gloves or hair net, touching all the cones. Within 5 minutes I saw him scratch his beard, scratch his head and then cough wiping his mouth. He made my ice cream. I threw it away and left. I cant eat here anymore.

We do a drive-thru so the food is great. Mostly ice cream is what we get. Service is always good. Very friendly. The atmosphere is once again my car.
