So I didn’t want to have to write this review….we tried to work with the store and even contacted them and the owners/company that owns them.
It started with breakfast on a Saturday, we ordered biscuits and gravy and another breakfast online and stopped to pick it up…it wasn’t ready and that was okay…we waited, got our food, then proceeded home to eat. First of all, it was so watery…it leaked all over my new truck…literally 175 miles on the truck!! Then when we got in the house, it was watered down, not what I would call gravy!! It was terrible and no one ate it!! We called and the manager was nice and said they figured out some had left with customers that was this way and she said she would refund the money…2 weeks later..still no refund!! Then, since I love the DQ cakes, my wife ordered my birthday cake from there for my Birthday. Mistake number 2…Not sure if was just another mistake or someone was mad because we complained on food…this was 3 days later that we got the cake. The cake was missing the chocolate layer, the fudge layer, and the chocolate crunch! That is what makes it a DQ cake!! It was ok but not great without that layer and most of it got thrown away because the family said it tasted funny…..so we reached out again and again and no one would answer the phone!!! We reached out to the corporate company via email and after over a week, no answer!! So we wasted almost 60$ on breakfast and a cake and they won’t even answer now!!
Long if it…find somewhere else if you need customer service!! This location has been terrible!!

Would not add eggs to 2 sausage biscuits. Said they could not add it, didn’t know how. Then handed me my food and said have a nice day, then rudely shut the window. I get this meal 4-5 times a week before work. Find someone who can work a cash register. McDonald’s for breakfast it is! 7/19/25

7:30 7/19/25 please train your staff on how to add and remove things from sandwiches. Girl at the window didn’t know how. Said she “wasn’t aloud” lol. Manager wouldn’t even help her. She was rude and you could tell just hated being there. Check out all the 1 star reviews… plenty of other fast food places around.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We ordered our typical burger and fries with ice cream trats afterwards. Excellent friendly service at the counter. We ordered. The young man ant the counter gave us a table tent with s number is it, then delivered our order to our table when it became ready.

It had been a long time since I’ve been here and I guess it will be again . I wanted to try a blizzard and ordered a min strawberry chocolate cheesecake. The mini was about 3 in high and I was charged almost $4. The prices at dairy Queen is outrageous!! I could not imagine how much it would be if I ordered a large blizzard. I could understand if it was just out of this world in flavor but it lacked. I was very disappointed. Not worth it. And I wanted to use the new app to get the mini blizzard for $0.89. that was their current promotion, But was having difficulty. The drive-thru attendant was not helpful. Overall bad experience.

Recently received a burger here I had ordered no pickles and received it with pickles and no lettuce. Just overall disappointed in the presentation. Barely any mayo and a small piece of onion. I’ve had alot better burgers here on multiple occasions before.

2 years later I finally gave them another chance stopped by this morning.. drive thru said only accepting cash and I didn’t have cash with me so I couldn’t get anything.
