I got breakfast this morning . One car infront of me . I ordered a single sausage egg and cheese biscuit got to the window after ab a 4 minute wait , a man comes from the back with gloves on and asks me if I wanted extra bacon on my SASUAGE EGG AND CHEESE . I said “no I got a sausage egg and cheese “ he then has an attitude and says okay okay just checking. Comes back about another 4 minutes later with a LOADED bacon egg and cheese . Just pure ignorance. 7$ and some change for my order to be wrong and an attitude. Also my biscuits in half. Thanks Dairy Queen

Came in at about 9:30 at night with my friends. The guy taking drive thru orders looked over, rolled his eyes, threw his head back, and started groaning, and I quote, “Bro, oh my God!” He was being dramatic and wanted us to notice he wasn’t happy. Then, when we were getting our drinks, the water button got stuck. When we were trying to fix it, the same guy came out and gave us all nasty looks even when we explained it was not on purpose. When we did give a verbal explanation, he said, “Ait, sure. Whatever.” Guy was a younger African-American man, no older than like 25, with glasses. This dairy queen needs to train their employees on customer service better because as someone who has worked in customer service and the fast food industry, I would never treat a customer like that ♀️

I think I’ve paid more for food I didn’t receive than I have for every purchase made at this location. This has probably been the 6th time I’ve ordered something simple from this DQ that has been completely screwed up. I’ve asked for a side of toast and gravy with my order 5 different times, only for it to not be in the bag but definetly on my receipt. Tonight, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with cheesecake just to get an unmixed, vanilla blizzard with about 7 pieces of cookie dough on top. This location is ridiculously bad when it comes to quality and I’d held back for a few years (yes…years) on writing a review, but after a stressful day and wanting to wind down with a treat, I’ve had enough.
The location on shelbyville road is much better than this one, putting lids on their blizzards and continuing to turn them upside down in front of you. Seeing the other reviews on this location lets me know that it’s not just my bad luck but that some quality training or SOMETHING needs to happen here because at this point, y’all owe ME money.
No, DQ, I will not be giving this location another chance. I honestly wish I’d gone back for my money instead of brushing it off every time trying to give the benefit of the doubt but y’all need help. Care about your customer, train your people, stop screwing up blizzards.

We have ordered this a few times. The chicken strip basket was missing the toast and the gravy both times. We thought maybe it was a fluke and tried again. So the second time we ordered extra gravy cups and they still did not give it to us. I will not go here again.

Ordered food for all the kids they didn’t give them any sauce not even the gravy that comes with the basket and their valentine cupcakes are not made right their using hot fudge instead of the cake cookie and it’s not the same all the kids and myself were disappointed and fries were soggy. I’ve ran restaurants kitchens for over 20 years. This DQ is slow just left there they had to ask me my order when I got to the window 3 times. This place is ridiculous. Pay more and get competent people. Finally got my food.

At home! He accommodated our daughter wanting chicken tenders even! Not a lot of people or places like that anymore! Definitely recommend this location over many that we’ve been at!

On way to car wash because the blizzards were given at drive through with no lids, filled to the top, and no napkins and it got all over my seat from dripping through the bottom and all over my door which is now stained blue so I get to spend an hour or two cleaning my car to try and get this stuff off…….
Surprisingly this location only usually gives me lids for blizzard for carry out but even on lunch breaks at work in drive thru, I don’t get a lid. Like I hate to be that guy, but common sense isn’t common here and the pay shouldn’t be more than $11-12/hr

If you work the counter, it’s YOUR job to make sure everything is there, don’t ask me if everything’s there after you’ve already bagged it and then act surprised when I go through it and find things wrong and missing. This location has repeatedly failed to meet the bare minimum expectations (which is a LOW BAR for fast food) every time I’ve stopped there.
