If I could give my service in the Drive-Thru iA ZERO I WOULD. Great place for a quick treat! They have a good selection of soft serve, Blizzards, cones, sundaes, and even birthday cakes available in the freezer section. The store is clean and the staff are super nice and friendly—always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for kids and families, especially on a hot day. Highly recommend checking it out for both regular ice cream cravings and special occasions

We’ve been here three times total and every time there was an issue, I do believe we are done. Missing items, poor quality food, legitimately the cheeseburgers taste exactly like the premade microwave burgers you can buy at gas stations. If you need to call them, they’ll never answer the phone, last time I left a voicemail it took them days to respond and that was only after I blew them up to corporate. I’d comment on the fries, but we didn’t get that $6 item.

Ordered 4 pc strips basket with ranch to be told they had no ranch today! Should have just left them but I was already in the drive thru and didn’t want to go elsewhere to wait again. My basket had plain white bread for the toast the chicken were so small and the fries were so cold I was extremely pissed off. I will not be coming back to this location again! For what I paid I should have gotten piping hot food and not ice cold fries and plain toast !

This store supports our local elementary school with coupons for free stuff the teachers can hand out at will. That being said, I have 2 children that recieved coupons so we went there redeem them. I bought food as well because i think it’s important to support those who support you. They told me I could only redeem ONE coupon per order so I made 2 orders. They had really great attitudes but took the coupons first and then took so long to bring the items that we forgot about them and just drove off once we got our food. The kids were bummed about their coupons but their food was fine, they seemed to enjoy it. My sandwich looked disgusting and had a thick piece of onion on it. I’ll stick to ice cream and chicken strips from the from now on.

Went a couple days ago trying to get milkshakes was told “we aren’t serving ice cream.” What a joke went this morning they sold me a side of sausage in a plastic bag. No need for explanation, but when asking the girl working drive thru why, (after spending $30 for breakfast, not that cheap) she said “You know Dairy Queen is cheap.”I use to love Dairy Queen but this location has been horrible for a LONG time. Nothing worse than powder tasting gravy. Thank goodness Freddy’s has opened NEXT door. Think you would step it up a bit ♀️

Don’t get their breakfast plate, it’s terrible. I asked for over done eggs, they gave me over easy and i had to cook the eggs before i couldeat them. Bacon is so over cooked, it looks and taste burnt. Instead of putting the biscuits in a separate container, they set them on the eggs which made the biscuits soaked with the egg yellow you couldn’t fix your biscuit to eat it. The potato cake taste like it was undercooked. They used to have the best breakfast around, not anymore. I will not go back to get their breakfast again.
