I will most definitely give a shout out to Dalia. She went above and beyond to get my order today. As I walked in one worker stared at me, the other one got on her phone and didn’t bother. She took it upon herself to do 2 jobs at once. Start making everyone’s milkshakes, and take my order at the same time. This woman deserves a raise or at least management

Update: I was there in January 2026. The place has gone down some. Staff not as friendly , service was slow,chicken basket wasn’t as good. Plus, like everything, the prices have skyrocketed.
Drive thru service was great. Food was delivered quickly, hot and excellent taste.

I had to leave a review after my last 3 visits at this location, the fast food and service here has been outstanding, I don’t leave reviews very often however this Dairy Queen deserves it after my previous visit at this location, this location has had some of the best tasting fast food I’ve had in a while and all of my orders here have been correct, also the service has been excellent, exceeding my expectations even with one worker running this store during an order.

After we sat down he charged me for one at $3.40. I told him I ordered 2 of them for $5.00.
He said “that was my mistake” ” I didn’t hear you”.
ok….fix it then.

He charged me for another one at $3.70. I thought he was refunding me.
I explained to him that it was supposed to be $5.00. He said.

Ordered two chicken Strip baskets today, the fries were horribly soggy and underdone as usual with this location. The chicken was cooked okay But had a really off taste I’ve never Experienced from any Dairy Queen, making me think the chicken was cooked in dirty oil or something

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes for two Blizzards! I was given the wrong order and also charged for that order because they didn’t give me the total price at the menu board. It took them another 5 minutes to make the correct Blizzards. 35 minutes at a drive through is absurd!

I’m so glad this isn’t my home Dairy Queen because the staff here are terrible. It took nearly 30 minutes for me to make it through the line of about 8 cars ahead of me. After sitting at the window for 4 or 5 minutes they finally brought me a tray of 4 blizzards that looked like they had been sitting out for five minutes or more. Worse, they were overfilled and spilled down the sides of the cups, coating my vehicle’s interior as I raced home to share the soggy treats with my family. It took me about ten minutes to clean out my car from this sloppy disaster. Needless to say I’m not coming back to this DQ.
