I placed a cake order Wednesday night for pickup on a Saturday afternoon and indicated that it was to celebrate my engagement. Inclement weather was expected for Saturday afternoon. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the day Thursday to check that the cake would be completed, or to ask if I needed to schedule for an earlier pickup time to avoid the weather. Nobody answered the phone.

I called again Friday multiple times, and finally got an answer Friday night, where I was treated like an idiot for asking, and told that they’ll get to it Saturday.

Saturday, I stopped by the location in the morning and was told that they were working on it. I asked that if they could that I could pick up the cake early, since the weather would be getting worse, left my phone number and left. About two hours later, I returned and was told that they had closed, and that they had not even started on the cake.

Throughout this process, all communication was initiated by myself. This staff had zero interest in serving me, and clearly were happy to punish my now-fiancée with their lack of desire to work with me. I attempted time and time again to make sure I could get service for a special day, was told that it would be fine, that they were working on it. This was a blatant lie to my face.

I deeply regret choosing this Dairy Queen to try and make a special day. I urge anyone with any interest in a special event to not bother coming here, they don’t care and will lie to your face about it.

I never have any problem with fast food restaurants cause I work in one too so I can understand what’s goin on but tbh this is js a whole lazy level, my toast wasn’t even cooked and I didn’t even get the gravy? And that’s not the worst part I literally had to get pulled ver just to wait for my food that was barely there

Honestly the star rating is for the store but DQ corporate should be ashamed of themselves. We placed an ice cream cake for a birthday. They are made at a corporate location and dropped off at the assigned location. The problem was corporate DQ didn’t deliver the cake. This unfortunately sets the store up for disgruntled customers. I appreciate the compromise of the store manager and her willingness to decorate my cake. I still give you a thumbs up for effort.

So I went through the drive thru and looked at the menu. The picture of the biscuits and sausage gravy looked delicious. SOOO, I ordered , “A half order of biscuits and sausage gravy ” . I PAY AND PULL AWAY .this ISN’T AT ALL SAUSAGE GRAVY ! IT WAS UNMIXED FLOUR IN MILK OR WATER. .NOT A SMIDGEN OF SAUSAGE. I’ll post what the menu shows vs what I received. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It was salty runny glue .As a local food guide I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING WHAT IS ADVERTISED

I just stopped and got two chicken strip baskets for $18.10
When I got home there was no gravy in either one and very little fries.
I would not recommend anyone to this dairy Queen.
Especially when you call and do not get an answer and you cannot leave a voicemail and then it hangs up on you.
Just wondering what kind of establishment this is because it is not the dairy Queen that I grew up knowing.
Very disappointed. Will be getting in touch with corporate.
Don’t know who the manager is out there but they are doing very poorly.

I had to pull up to the drive-thru parking spot after I ordered my food and paid for it. They brought my food to the car and forgot my fry and barbecue sauce and they had Mayo on my chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was hot and the unforgotten fries were fresh. My kids liked the dreamsicle dipped ice cream cone. The two people that came out to give me my food were nice.

This is the third Flamethrower burger that hasn’t had ANY Flamethrower sauce. At least three more that only had enough to color the bread without any taste.. They constantly get my order wrong and have horrible wait times even though NO ONE else is in the drive thru.

I do not recommend this one!!

I will never ever go back here. Had I went into a nicer area I may have gotten better service and food. They messed up on my order twice. The first time I drove home and realized they got me out of two chicken tenders and very small might add and the Texas toast was just a white piece of thick bread. Anywho, I went back and they wanted me to keep my cold food and add a few pieces of chicken to it…smh! I asked them to remake it of course the lady had an attitude which I was patient with her, however instead of getting me what I asked and paid for I ended up with something different. At that point I was so done with it. My suggestion is to either shut that place down, change the name to dairy hood or fire all the two and a half people that worked there…I forgot to mention when I went in the first time a worker went to their vehicle and when I came back in he came in and went straight to the kitchen without washing his hands and the young cashier child she couldn’t hear worth nothing
