I ordered a full order of biscuits and gravy and a pancake platter with sausage. The biscuits and gravy were okay, but the sausage was burnt and chewy. The pancakes have no flavor at all, they gave no butter or syrup with them, they’re thin and have a grainy texture. They remind me of hotel free breakfast pancakes, only slightly worse. I couldn’t finish them, the texture was just awful. I fed the sausage to my dog. The customer service was very much lacking. The lady at the drive thru window was talking nonstop with her coworker, I couldnt even get her attention to ask for syrup. I’ll stick with Dranes, they never disappoint. Dranes is cheaper anyway, has better quality food and has much better customer service.

Went there to get a salad, ordered a water with the salad and was charged for a meal because I ordered a cup of water. ($3.00 extra for A CUP OF WATER) How does a water count as a soda or a drink to make it a meal?? Not to mention when I received the food, It had tomatoes on it which I had stated no tomatoes. All around I was not impressed whatsoever will not be back.

Hardinsburg DQ has been consistently the worst we have ever visited! Skip it or try the best DQ we routinely visit in Leitchfield…5 stars all day, every day. The primary issue is that our order is incorrect in some way, every single time we visit. Unacceptable.

Glenda the manager is TERRIBLE TO HER EMPLOYEES.
The manager of the store Glenda, she refused to give her last name as she was screaming for customers to get out of her store for recording how she treats her employees.
She was harassing one of her co-workers because they were taking their 10 minute break and using their phone.
She screamed at the employee for no reason in front of everyone in the lobby. As someone said she shouldn’t do this to her employees. She then cussed out one of the other customers and yelled for them to get out.
Do not come here, the G.M needs to fire this woman

Went in to pick up a day cake, guy behind the counter acted like I was speaking French. Another guy asked the name and came back with wrong cake, went back again and came back with another one with no writing. They took it back and added the writing. Rang me up, and when I got in the car, looked at the receipt which said a different cake than what was ordered. Went back in and the lady that added the writing said it was the right cake, they just rang it up wrong. What a cluster!

This place can’t keep up with orders or employees. What a mess. You can’t call this fast food it is a 45 minute time penalty for a lousy hamburger that came out not what I ordered . Save your sanity, dine elsewhere

Honestly I would’ve given it a zero rating if I could but that wasn’t an option. I ordered a burger that after getting it I found out they didn’t have the ingredients for because I tried it and it was missing the flavor. It happened to be the main thing making it special. I mean who sells an A1 burger without having A1! When I took it back and asked they said they didn’t have it so I asked for something else since it was the main ingredient to the specialty burger and they took my food back fries and all and gave me what I ordered in the place of the A1 burger and it happened to be over $4 cheaper. They refused to refund the money and said they would give me a blizzard instead but that’s all they will do. I asked for something like a coupon or card to get the blizzard at a different time since I’ve been sick recently and didn’t want anything milk based but I had to get it today or never because they don’t do that! Also, I don’t normally complain much less on the internet but the pretzels my son ordered were so saturated with grease that they were mush!!! I would definitely not recommend this place for their food but especially for the lack of customer service!
FYI….The automatic response of I hope you give us another try blah blah doesn’t cut it for me! I ran a restaurant so I know it doesn’t have to be like that and should be corrected!
