This is literally the only DQ in Louisville i will eat at! The food is always so hot and fresh, and the staff are always so nice!! Kudos to this store, it’s the best in the city

I ordered a LARGE DIPPED STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE because I was craving it and I was sick and needed a pick-me-up. I was so excited and was looking forward to my blizzard. It started out not good. I didn’t see some chocolate like I’m used to with the other stores. I said it might be just underneath or something, and the cheesecake and strawberry are so minimal, maybe 5 strawberries in total on that thing. And not even halfway through my cup, I got nothing. The more I dig the more plain it got, and I just got a vanilla soft serve. If I wanted a vanilla soft serve, I would order one, but I’m just so frustrated because I don’t feel good and was looking forward to my pick-me-up and was so disappointed.

This DQ was a really nice place. The cashier was very sweet and kind.
The reason why i am giving this place a 4 instead of a 5 is because I never liked using the multi-use drink dispenser, I have always feared of getting a drink and it getting contaminated with my deathly allergen.

It was a better dairy queen we been too. The Dixie hwy valley station location will make you not want to go to dairy queen but this one was better. Hot food including fries and large fair portions. Hard to pay the price at fast food 13 dollars a meal and up but they have other options. Staff was okay and I did have to ask for salt and ketup but didn’t get a nasty look asking. I will revisit to test that.

Food is great every time, but I have personally seen employees handling garbage and food at the window without washing their hands. There is no level of sanitation or food safety being followed when it comes to to the blizzards and food. This place is sticky every time I go in as well

This Dairy Queen is so good even the employees are seasoned. I enjoy seeing familiar faces when I come to this establishment. No matter if it is 6am or 9pm they are always on point and never miss.

I’ve never said this about another restaurant. Usually you can make comments about how clean a place is. That they were nice. But seldom if ever do you say that your day was made better because you went into a restaurant. The guy at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. Even the kitchen staff we’re looking out and acknowledging me and making sure that my order was correct. Well done guys!
