So I ordered an ice cream cake 3 weeks before my son’s party. My grandmother went to pick it up for me on day of his party and the never received it. The manger didn’t want to do anything about it. Stayed on the phone with the manger trying to figure something they wanted to give me purple sparkling cake for a boys birthday party. Ended up last second saying they could make the cake that I ordered.
I feel like I should have got a refund or discounts for the not having my cake there to be ready to pick. When I ordered 3 WEEKS in advance

I have had better service at a gas station. 5 people in the restaurant, only 1 working. Cashiers too busy talking to their friends in the lobby to wait on people, and openly complained that I was there and needed help. Absolutely nasty people, do not go here.

Had my food delivered. Was very cold and nasty. My fries ice cold. Onion rings cold and hard. My sandwiches were cold, not warm, but cold. Sandwiches was just thrown together. I had the end of the onion on my sandwich and it was huge. Had to take off to eat. Worst service at this location.

This is the worst place ever. The people inside I are just plain rude. Say in the drive thru for over 45 minutes for 2 burgers. They say they are understaffed but when you go inside only 1 person is ever really working. This place is a joke and something needs to change or just close this location.

I never leave bad reviews. I work in retail myself and understand there are always one off situations. But on Thursday I went through the drive thru to order my food. I got the $7 meal deal I asked for a cheeseburger (normally comes with ketchup, mustard, and pickles) and I specifically asked for no mustard. I was the second car from the window and I see the worker at the window hand the car a half melted strawberry Sunday with a black X on the side of it and a small bag of food. The car then hands that same Sunday and that small bag of food back. The drive through employee then takes the straw berry Sunday and hands them a chocolate Sunday and a different, larger, bag of food. I get up to the window and pay and they hand me the exact same half melted strawberry Sunday with the black x on the side of it and the smaller bag of food that was just handed to the car infront of me.
I asked him if this was the same food he just handed to the car infront of me and he said “what? Oh no we made your order fresh”
I didn’t want to argue so I said okay and drove off. The receipt even says no mustard and there was mustard on the sandwich so I pull around the store and park and go in to just get a different sandwich with no mustard. The gentleman at the front counter took the burger from me, handed it back to the worker on the line, and told him he needed a burger with no mustard just pickles and ketchup. The worker on the line grabbed a rag. Not a paper towel. But a rag. Wiped the mustard off, then put more ketchup on the sandwich. Wrapped it in the same paper that still had mustard on the sides of it. Then proceeded to hand it back through the window and that’s what I was given.
I called in to speak to a manager because the gentleman at the front counter said the manager was on break when i asked in the store to speak to one. When I was connected with the female manager via phone call she told me I could come back and get a new burger. I told her it wasn’t right that my food was not only handed to the wrong person but when I asked for it to be fixed they took a fabric reusable rag and wiped the mustard off the burger then handed it back to me. It was unsanitary and disgusting. She said she knows but that’s all she can do.
This was the second time I got my burger back.
I was not upset with the wait time. I was not upset going back in to ask for a different burger.
I’m frustrated how unsanitary and disgusting it is to use a reusable cloth and wipe somebody’s food off with it then give that same burger back to somebody.
It would be nice if somebody from Dairy Queen quality service team would reach out because I’d love to request to review camera footage with them and see how they think that’s acceptable.

I visited Dairy Queen, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcomed. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking available, and the interior was clean, including the bathrooms which is always a plus and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal or a treat. One of the best things about my visit was the variety of choices I had to choose from on the menu. Whether you’re craving a burger, hot dog, or their iconic Blizzard, Dairy Queen has something for everyone. I decided to try one of their classic burgers, and it was delicious – hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, complementing the meal perfectly. But, of course, the best part of the meal was the dessert! I opted for an Oreo Blizzard, and it was everything I hoped for – creamy and cold, and the perfect way to satisfy my sweet tooth. The prices were more than reasonable. The service was also quick, so it’s a great spot if you’re in a hurry but still want a tasty, satisfying meal or dessert. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen for anyone craving a quick, delicious meal or a refreshing treat. I’ll definitely be back soon!

So many flies. The other day while I was there only one person was working the register and I think expected to hand the food out to the customers waiting. Food would sit and some items were left uncovered where flies were able to land on them. Very unsanitary. The staff was all kind though and were doing the best they could with being busy.
