So slow. I’ve been twice in the past month and both times service was incredibly slow. Both times I went were around 3:45 so in between peak hours and still glacial. Workers are friendly but quickness is not a priority. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 3:42, didn’t get my food until 4:03. The car in front of me pulled off bc of how slow it was.

Horrible service, its gone down hill in the last year. Horribly ran. Nobody wants to do there job. This is the 3rd chance I have given this diary queen a chance and its my last. Waited for over 30 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and one sausage biscuit and I ended up having to walk in to get my food. Just to see 2 other gentlemen had been waiting for over 25 minutes as well. All of our orders were ready, the non working employees were just standing around talking not doing anything. Druve through line 7 deep. Nobody cares about there job at that location.

This used to be my go to DQ. In the last six months anytime that I have been there you better plan on waiting in the drive-through forever yesterday I got in the drive-through and there was one car in front of me. I waited about 20 minutes and pulled off. I don’t know who is running this place now, but it is not at all like it used to be. It is going downhill quick.

Went in last night. I nice young person took our order. Downhill from there. 40 minutes later, no blizzards – order had been cancelled. Got a refund. I can’t blame the staff but the management needs to take control of this situation and hire some more help. This is not the first time having a bad experience here. Never going back.

Great food and wonderful people but not enough of them to meet demand. I had to leave after waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast biscuit. Had it before,it’s yummy, but expect a wait.

Honestly usually don’t write reviews but this place is so horrible. Customer service is non existent and staff aren’t trained or very compinent. Foods good but good luck getting your food in a reasonable time. Management needs to overhaul this place and work on employees

Ive tried to come here 4 times. Once it took about 20 minutes for 1 drink and I was the first in line at the window. Ive been there once when closed but supposed to be open. Another time I came an hour before posted closing and they turned the lights off and there were 3 of us waiting. The next time it took 40 minutes in a small line for a banana split with no bananas or toppings lol. and now I went 3 hours before closing and the doors are locked no note on the door. Its like they actively dont want amy business. I dont think the owners know what’s happening. Surely they would not want this.

Took the crew there for lunch 10/23 around 1pm. Stood there for 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgement. The workers saw us standing there and we were simply ignored. Never been to a fast food establishment and been ignored when trying to place an order. Left and went to McDonald’s instead.
