August 8th, sat in line for over 25 minutes, then get my kid’s burger in the happy meal and they just cleaned one off! That’s not what I ordered. Plain cheese burger means plain cheese burger. If 4-5 kids in there can’t get the job done how about hire some adults?? I spent $31. And nearly half an hour for half azz service. For these prices you really need to step it up. Couldn’t even put it in a clean wrap, had mustard all over and didn’t even give any napkins.

Unlike McDonald’s, their ice cream machine ALWAYS works! The burgers are huge and tasty (ask for extra napkins) and onion rings are made to order. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Always a great place to stop on the way home from Madison!

Went through the drive thru and placed a simple order, got to the window and got our drinks then got pulled up – no big deal at all! When they brought the rest of our food, an item was missing. I hollered “excuse me” out my window to the employee who brought out our food, but she was too far away to hear. We sat where they told us to pull up to for a few minutes to see if they would realize they had forgotten something. Sure enough, an employee walked out with our missing fries after a few minutes. She barely walked close enough to hand me the bag, to which I said thank you for, before turning around and mumbling under her breath that I could have just walked inside to get them. Not that it matters, but I could not have walked in as I had my dog in the car, but additionally if I wanted to come inside I wouldnt have gone through the drive thru! This comment wasn’t meant to be heard by me I’m sure, but I did hear so I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. The general manager, allysa, could only offer a very dry, unbothered “I’m sorry about that” to the situation. She first told me that there was no one else to speak to but her and then that I would just have to google corporates number, because she didn’t know it or have it. She refused to give me her full name because “she doesn’t give out last names” (which ive never heard from a general manager at any other business) and also tried to tell me she didn’t know her store number. If this is the quality of general managers accepted by dairy queen, it makes sense why I don’t see very many around anymore. Very unprofessional and just flat out rude – should not be in customer service especially not at a manager level!

I love Dairy queen. Blizzards are my favorite. This place does a booming business I’m sure. Right across the bridge from Madison Indiana, it gets a lot of thru traffic. I was going thru Madison after a lunch up the road and just had to stop for my fav dessert.

The manager has hair down to his shoulders, and part of it was in my food. He should have a hairnet on. Very impolite and talks to his employees like they’re slaves. Very unprofessional. Prices are extremely high. Most expensive restaurant in Trimble County Ky. Food isn’t too good either!
