The ice cream is still good for Dairy Queen and Tara needs to be cleaned up a little bit not too appealing when everything’s dirty. Service was atrocious stated at the counter for five minutes before I even saw anyone moving. Yeah first time in a long time I’ve been to Dairy Queen and it’ll be a long long time before I come back.

Omg it was amazing, I came around 8:45pm Friday night November 7th… and i ordered the new egg nog but I added oreos! Was delicious, hit the spot and was comforting. And the worker micheal was super amazing and the customer service was excellent!!! Thank you dairy queen for having great staff..

Thanks for leaving my wife and I standing at the front counter for several minutes without even taking care of us one bit but taking care of three people in the drive-thru. We took our business next door to Burger King. There was not a single person in that building eating ordering or anything we were the only customer in that building. The manager gets an F- that was unbelievable, like you cannot simply just take someone’s order but yet you come to two different people at the counter. 12/17/25 630p you stink at service. We didn’t get a single bit of service while we were there.

This is a good place to eat and get ice cream they need more than one cook and they need some cleaning tables after everyone is eating and the restrooms need to be freshned up they should advertise on indeed to bring more people into work the service is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful have a great night may God bless y’all

I ordered food and after people who entered after us were served their food, I asked about my order and they hadn’t even started making it yet. Then they took another half hour to serve our food. The food was good but I am never going back to this place. It shouldn’t take that damn long when there was very few customers.

The man that goes by Steven is so rude. Today he was not at work I was told. He has the worst attitude and doesn’t care how he treat customers you guys have to do something to change this, it is getting out of hand I just ordered an ice cream and he would not even let me buy a cup of water. What kind of business are you guys running it is not ok and y’all should take consideration of how this restaurant makes customers feel. I am a nurse And I’ve had the worse most harsh things said to me and not once I ever thought about being rude, you never know someone is going through and if you don’t want to work you should stay at home and take a break. Everyone is not perfect but this is the worse to ever eat. You guys don’t think once about going to this place.
