Tess greeted us with a smile on her face as we walked in. She was so kind and polite. It was such a shock to be greeted and taken care of. McDonald’s in Louisiana, the employees don’t even look up when you approach the counter. Amazing customer service. I felt welcome and cared for. Great job Tess! You deserve this shout-out. ❤️ Our food was prepped quickly. The seating and countertop tables were clean. The women’s restroom was clean. There was also outdoor seating with cement table and benches under some trees.

The Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in Diamondhead is a nice location. Entrance and exit is very easy and they have a great outdoor shady area with tables. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our food was very good and served quickly. We would definitely stop again when in the area

My peanut butter buster parfait was good but filled so much that It was melting over. Didn’t get but one napkins and asked for extra… fudge sauce was limited but had a good amount of peanut butter sauce and it was quite good… It would of been better if the service was friendlier.

I was really disappointed with my experience. When I asked for the cheese to be removed due to an allergy, the price of my meal was doubled. Charging extra—especially that much—for removing an ingredient because of an allergy is unacceptable. Food allergies are a health issue, not a preference, and this policy feels unfair and discriminatory. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with dietary restrictions, even sensitivities where cross contamination isn’t an issue.

I had a large order in the drive thru around 7:00 tonight. The young lady taking my order was nice and patience while taking my large order and when I got to the window there was a young gentlemen helping her that already had all drinks ready and another young gentlemen that had all the blizzards ready. Super kind and efficient staff!

It was lunch time…noon. workers outside. I was only customer. Cheeseburger was cold and looked sat on . Pickles all on one side. Fries cold …and it was lunch time. I know why nobody was there.
