As someone who has worked for over a decade in fast food/slow food restaurants; this is the best run food establishment I’ve ever been to. The manager and staff are amazing. The food is always fresh and the place is always clean. I am a regular customer and I will continue to be one.

Update 4/1/17*
Went their today for the first time in ever. There was one young guy that seemed to be running the entire place by himself. He was taking orders, running them out to tables, and I even saw him going into the kitchen. There were other employees there, but apparently they weren’t helping much at all. The Trashes were overflowing (pic), fries on the floors (pic), the bathroom was a wreck, and our order took for ever, and was wrong. I believe the owner needs to step up and get employees that desire to do a good job and maybe spend some time there themselves to see how their business is being ruined.

The last time we went (few days ago) the grill was down so they couldn’t make food, and they told us it would take 30 mins to make a blizzard after we had been in line for 15 mins….

Had a Oreo blizzard nothing special they didn’t use enough Oreos it was blended perfectly but because they didn’t use enough Oreos when she went to flip it, it almost left out the cup mentioned it she said they used the allowed amount which can’t be correct but whatever not going to argue even though a small is 5.30 which is alot but I’m not close to home or my ninja ice cream maker so I have to go with it. Overall just mid nothing great. Gonna use calories rather have went to a ice cream shop instead.

I will NEVER go back to ANY Dairy Queen after today’s experience.

I odered through the Mobile App as i usually do almost every time. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket in which i have ordered a few times in the past. Whever i order it through the app it always ask me to choose extra dipping sauce so i chose gravy as i always do. When i arrived to pick up my.prder the girl told me since the app didn’t charge me for the extra gravy that they couldn’t give it to me. I explained that I’d never had a problem with the extra gravy in any of my past orders, I explained that ot was not my fault that there’s an apparent glitch in the app and I wanted what I ordered, yet she refused. Instead she told me I could pay an extra $1.29 + tax of I wanted the extra gravy. Also, the one gravy that I did get with my order was only filled halfway, I took photos and plan on posting several online reviews today as well.

I will NEVER eat at Dairy Queen ever again!! That was very petty and unprofessional, they have definitely lost a customer for life. Also, my food was cold!

I’m doing this hours after I visited the restaurant but I just wanted to say how pleased I was this afternoon! My 92 year old great grandfather wanted to go to dairy queen for dinner tonight so we went. The lady who took our order was extremely nice & even told us a little secret lol. I believe her name was Tasha D. but again this was many hours after eating there & Im not 100% on the name! I do know she was very kind and patient with us! She knows who she was! Thank you!!

My strips were old and cold. Fries were cold. The ketchup packs were thrown inside the box on top of the food. I spoke to the assistant manager Suzanne about this, I think that’s her name. She advised she would correct this etc.
Upon me re-visiting the location for a re-make, she acted like the conversation was new to her and she didn’t remember anything. Asking for receipts, when they advised me that they were writing me in the book. That’s you alls issue the food wasn’t up to part. My money was the one wasted.
