Nothing has changed all these years. As long as ice cream is cold, burgers are cooked and the place is clean, I don’t care.
Probably good that they kept the old design, something different than other renovated locations.
I do realize the blizzard is not as thick as it used to be. It has more ice in there than before, maybe inflation they have to cheapen it.

We purchased an ice cream cake. It was beautiful and taste great!! The only problem was literally that the cake wasn’t ready when I got there. The worker was very friendly and apologized several times. So I ordered lunch for me. By the time my lunch order was done I was getting the cake!! Overall the wait wasn’t to bad.

First review I’ve ever written…. This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant in the entire USA. I went to the Dairy Queen in Clinton several years ago and the service was so bad I swore I’d never go back. Well today I needed an ice cream cake. Landscape a disaster, facility- disaster, it’s 4:30pm and all doors are locked while employees lazily walk around and stare at you like you’re crazy. Go through the drive through and the young man never greets us just stares like he’s high and When we asked for an ice cream cake the only response was “NO”. Please never go to this restaurant in Clinton Ms… maybe they will finally shut down this eye soar our community.

It took a few moments for team member to acknowledge us. Other than that, the service was friendly and pretty timely. The burger was good. My fries could’ve been warmer. The sundae did not disappoint!
The bathroom needs to be updated. You have to navigate around the sink to get to the toilet. It’s pretty tight and definitely not wheelchair accessible.
The lobby needed a little attention (clean up around the condiment station, put out tops for the ketchup cups).
Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience. There weren’t any deal breakers. I would give them another chance.

I usually have a great experience but tonight everything was different. Took forever to get our food, finally got it the fries were ice cold , chicken strips were wayyyy over cooked and no dipping sauce which we specifically asked for. Husband wouldn’t eat his burger as it was cold as well. Definitely won’t be going back

I love DQs ice cream but I just walked out (I wanted to give a no star review). I was the only one in line but the girl completely ignored me. No greeting or “I’ll be with you in a minute.” She glanced at her phone and looked irritated to have a job. I waited 2 minutes and then left.

We had to wait in a long line for a long time. The employee wasn’t friendly and you couldn’t understand how much the order was. She wouldn’t lower her mask so we could hear and understand her. It was most frustrating. It was a hot day. They didn’t put hardly any ice in our cokes so we had to throw 3/4 of it out because it was too hot to drink. The bread almost broke my tooth it was so hard. We ask for ketchup and didn’t get it. I do not recommend them and won’t go back for a long time if ever.

Store wont answer calls to place orders, I have tried and tried. I called during normal business hours. At times the phone wouldnt ring long beacuse staff were seemingly hanging it up. All I wanted was to place a ice cream cake order for my mom for her birthday. I cannot recommend this location since it may not be managed as it should.

Drive thru- told us would be delay on cooked food but brought us the ice cream immediately. Should have waited until hot food ready before preparing ice cream. With that said the food was good and this is the only complaint

I was disappointed with the restaurant in general. It wasn’t clean like you would expect in a restaurant. All I was getting was an icecream cake and an order of fries. While I stood there, someone had stepped on a ketchup packet. It was right where people get their orders. I quickly told the lady behind the counter but she acted like she didn’t care. I let her know that an elderly lady almost slipped on it.
I doubt I will come back any time soon. I hope things change in there for the better quickly!
