We ordered the “new cupcake cups” and they were hard as a rock and literally had ice in them. We could not even put our spoon in them to eat it. We came back and asked if we could get new ones or a refund or even something else and they refused and were very rude. The girl told us to let them thaw and we could eat them later?? Will not be back to this location..

***update**** I was contacted by DQ and offered an apology. Later I was again contacted by Sonya the general manager she also apologized and even offered a free combo. When I did go she was the one who took my order and let me tell you thats what i call good customer service It was a pleasant visit for me this time. she had a positive attitude and a nice smile on her face. Thank you Ms. Sonya.
I was craving a #7 so badly so i stopped by to order food for my toddler and I. I was greeted with a rude attitude. When i asked to be repeated something back that i did not hear she repeated herself with a very rude voice to wich i said ” you know what, thank you and bye” . After leaving with out food i decided to call the “manager” and told her what had just happened she only said “ok i will tell her”. She never apologized for the bad service. I am so disappointed at how i was treated at this place today.

I ordered a honey bbq chicken strip meal and I opened the box my bread looked like it had either been eaten off of, or the workers tore it with their fingers. Either way, not very sanitary. I did not eat it. The wait was also 15 minutes just to get my food

We came here whole traveling bc we do not have one. We immediately noticed the place was very dirty, even the workers clothes were all dirty but they were nice. We ordered 78$ worth of food, we couldn’t even tell what the burgers were. They were covered in mayo and the meat looked gray. I took one bite and it was like soft rubber. We threw away everything but the chicken tenders. I’ve never seen my husband throw out any food in 15 years that he has paid for. It was bad bad.

This store is about 50% when it comes to service and food. Half the time it’s okay and half the time you can’t get ice cream. Tonight was a time when they acted angry we came in the store an hour before closing and then told us the ice cream machine was not working. This was one of the 50% times it was not good.
