Over 15 minutes in the Drive-thru. From sitting behind 3 other cars, just to order. After order made and paid, another 12 minutes to receive food. Every car was asked to wait for “hot/fresh” food.
Once I received mine, it was hot but no where near fresh.
Bacon was burned, it was black and thrown in the box. Barley on the sandwich. The meat was scorched! Black, burnt tasting. Definitely a burger king meal, overly cooked.
Fries were hot and good and the coke was good.
I’m traveling and jumped off interstate to get food.
No way or time to go back.
Not sure what it cost since no receipt was given.
Young lady who brought food out apologized for the wait.
That would have been okay if it was a few minutes, but NOT HALF HOUR.
So disappointed.
I’ll try my favorite in Cabot, Arkansas when I get home.
Any problems I’m definitely DONE with y’all.
Unacceptable!!

Left a 1 star because I couldn’t leave a zero. Ordered $22 worth of food and couldn’t get it because all I have is $100 bill. What kind of fast food restaurant can’t in some way make change for $100. Is there no manager that can’t get into a safe or do the workers just not give a crap? I’ll never know because I’ll never go back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The behavior of the employees at this Dairy Queen was absolutely disgusting. I came in to eat ice cream inside—a full two hours before closing—and had only been sitting for about 15 minutes when one of the workers came over and rudely demanded we leave. She snapped, “It’s been 20 minutes, y’all gotta go,” which, might I add, was not even true. No one was being loud or disruptive, and we had both been respectful and polite when ordering. I actually cannot believe we were kicked out two hours before they even close because “we had been there too long.” Insane.
What makes it worse is that this same employee has always been rude every time I’ve come in. She’s consistently unfriendly and has a clear lack of respect. There was no explanation, no professionalism—just unnecessary hostility. And to top it all off, the other employees laughed as we walked out. Truly disgusting behavior.
There’s even a sign posted inside that says they’re supposed to “serve it with a smile.” What a joke. The staff at this location couldn’t be further from that standard. This place needs a serious corporate intervention. The employees clearly need to be retrained on how to treat paying customers with even the slightest amount of respect. I won’t be back. This location is an embarrassment.

Went to the drive thru tonight and had no one behind me and it was 3 hours until closing. I asked the lady to hold on a minute because I was trying to look at the menu. My husband and I have only ate dairy queen one time and we didn’t know what all they had. After a few minutes this lady had the audacity to yell through the speaker in a very rude way if we were ready to order. We began ordering but as we ordered she continued to be rude as if we were wasting her time. We told her never mind and drove off. Seriously if this is what they think customer service is they need to rethink how they receive their paycheck. I have worked for the public on and off since I was 16. I would never talk to a customer the way that woman talked to us. She needs fired.

Thursday O5Dec2024 @ 8:30pm drive up window. I just had the most perfect burger I’ve had in a very long time. The 2 cheese signature deluxe double. Fresh vegatables and sauce arranged in a way that every single bite had the same full flavor. Finally, a place where they take the time and effort to make a customer feel glad about their dining choice. I crave those fresh vegatables. The ones that none of the others can seem to put on a sandwich accept in their advertising. This sandwich was pretty as the pictures. Thank you for making me feel like I got what I paid for. The burgers, fries, Onion rings, and pink lemonade were deelicious.

Stopped in for an ice cream and a frosty. Was surprised to find every chair in the restaurant up on tables. Thought maybe they were getting ready to close but the sign said they were open until 10pm and it was only 7 so? Really weird. Ice cream was good. Staff could work on friendliness.

This place is a hot mess. They are unorganized, rude and impatient. They are too busy talking to each other instead of focusing on helping customers. Two family’s were waiting awhile at the counter and no employees were present at the counter. My order was incorrect when we went through the drive though and had to still pull up to the white sign for cars waiting for food. Cars behind us got their food and left. We have been waiting for 7 minutes with no update.

Got my burger they had so much ketchup and mustard on ot you couldnt eat with out it sliding off the bun which was soggy due to the amount of ketchup and mustard ridiculous
