It took us 40 minutes to get our food. Service was horrible. They had one customer before us and still it took that long for food. After we finally went in to actually get our food, they had gotten the order wrong. We just took the food and left. If you are hungry, want your order correct and don’t want to wait forever on your order, go somewhere else to eat.

An employee helped open the door for us upon entry, he was so gracious. The cashier took our order and answered my questions about a menu item, she was so very warm and friendly, I honestly love her she made my family’s whole day. The meals were awesome too. We had the flamethrower burgers which were absolute fire, a chicken basket, and chicken kids meal. The ice cream was off the charts in this hot MS summer. We will DEFINITELY eat here again when we are back in Oxford in a few weeks!

Sat at the first window 10 minutes waiting to pay the lady took our payment and didn’t give us a receipt moved to the next window and got drinks and of course had to pull up and wait there for 15 min on tenders and 2 burgers that were not fixed correctly they also didn’t take the order correctly super slow service will not be returning

I have read a lot of the bad reviews. I believe in leaving both good and bad reviews when needed. They weren’t busy at all when I went there. I went through the drive thru and the lady that greeted me was so, incredibly polite. When I got to the first window the gentleman greeted me. I asked for a receipt, he said it would be given at the next window. I got my receipt, drink, followed by my food. It was hot and great! They had music playing outside. It was nice and a relaxing atmosphere!

Every time we order blizzards they NEVER turn them upside down and when I called to ask the man told me they don’t honor that at this DQ, I thought all of them honored to get one Free if we don’t turn your billiard upside down to show you how thick it is!!! Also you have to pay for pup Cups here, this is a first for me every other DG I’ve ever been to all over the pup Cups are free!!! There are a few employees that are very nice the others no so!!! The food is always cooked fresh you may have to wait but it’s always worth that part!!!!

the only reason why I gave it a two star is because the girl who was trying to take my order was very nice and the food is the same every DQ but whoever the mangers was, was completely arrogant. I was trying to ask a simple question and she didn’t even answer yes or no and was awful. She slammed the door as well after I left. If you ever do go here just look for the rudest manager there and you’ll find her. Thank ya !

Ordered 2 blizzards online. Neither one was started by the time i was there. Had to wait for service. Did not get the double brownie i paid for. Both blizzards were just vanilla ice cream on the bottom half. Very disappointing

DO NOT ORDER THE BLIZZARDS!
I went to this Dairy Queen location to get ice cream for myself. At the first window, I had my money ready for the worker. Trying to just be a nice customer, I ask him how his day was. This leads to a full blown conversation where he proceeds to flirt with me the entire time and ask me if I have a boyfriend. I was very uncomfortable the entire time and hated the interaction. This was a grown man, at work, trying to ask me out. Mind you, there were plenty of cars behind me but he decides to hold up that line to ask me for my name and number.
Then I went to the second window, after paying to get my ice cream. A second worker, tells me that I am beautiful and asks me if he can ask me out. I tell him no because 1.) I don’t want to go out with this man, and 2.) I was uncomfortable. He laughs or whatever and I drive off.
I will NOT be returning to this location. The unprofessionalism of the male staff, and the audacity they had to flirt and ask me out is insane. Dairy Queen, at the Oxford location, do better.
