Well let’s start with ordering, took a minute for the teenagers to stop talking and realize a customer was there. The ordering was fast and correct though. The food we ok but other dqs seem better. The flamethrower sauce on the burger must come out of workers checks though as there was barely any at all. Fries were great though. This place may just depend on the day.

I visit this Dairy Queen pretty regularly, and they’re one of the more consistent fast-food spots in town. The food is always fresh, tastes the way you expect it to, and the orders are usually right. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving, even when they’re busy, which I really appreciate.
One thing I want to point out for fellow veterans and service members, they only offer military discounts for orders placed inside the store, not through the drive-thru. While I’m grateful they offer a discount at all, I do wish they would reconsider extending it to the drive-thru as well for those who may have mobility issues or kids in the car.
Overall though, solid location, good people, and reliable food.

Definitely the best Dairy Queen between Livingston and cookeville. The food here is always fresh and tasty…for fast food that is. Inside dining is always very clean. Drove through is usually pretty quick. Parking lots a little congested at times, but other than that it’s always good for a quick bite to eat.

The drive thru is interesting/fun because it’s on a hill and sits on almost triangle between two one-way roads.
Some think they are expensive and say they will get their ice cream at a grocery store. I say it’s expensive there, you will have to take it home, carry it in, scoop it out into a bowl (oh, did you forget to buy cones?). After you finish eating it you still have to wash dishes!

Almost $12 for a small and medium blizzard is ridiculous. I remember getting two larges for $10. Looks like I’ll start getting my ice cream at the grocery store if I’m going to start paying that much.

My kids eat here EVERYDAY! and EVERYDAY something is either missing from the order or the foods not right or I don’t even get the right food. If it was just a one time thing it wouldn’t be as bad but come on we can do better than this. It’s literally everyday the foods messed up….they are about to lose a very dedicated customer. And have already got this bad review……

Drive through was extremely slow despite only 5 vehicles in line. When we got to the window, I was handed a chicken strip sandwich with fries and an order of soft pretzels. Then we were told they were waiting on the chili cheese dogs. That took another couple of minutes. When we got home (less than 5 minutes), the chicken sandwich was cool to the touch. The chili dogs had no cheese on them. To top it off, there was a popcorn shrimp in my fries, (photo) which could cause issues if allergic to shellfish. Bottom line, check your order before you leave.
