I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. The staff was super friendly
and got my order out pretty quickly, even though it was a bit busy. I got burger and fries and blizzard was perfectly blended the way I like it and had plenty of toppings in every bite. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely coming back here for sure!

When I ordered the largest blizzard they have, And they give me this cup with no size written on the container. How do I know I’m getting what I asked for? And we noticed that the containers are getting smaller and the prices are going up. But how do I know I’m getting the size I asked for when there’s no size written on the cup?

Garbage. $10 + for a chicken strip basket. Comes with less fries than a small. Smallest chicken strips around and they were hard as rocks. Plus 2 of the chicken were some weird color substance that didn’t even look like food at all. Place has been going down hill for years. The fountain drink was good though so there’s that. The few fries were decent but chicken not edible. TRASH!

Ordered two blizzards. I really wanted to get a specific one but they said they were out of one of the items and couldn’t make it. Our blizzards were okay, there was barely any toppings so it felt like eating vanilla ice cream.

We received horrible and rude service in the drive-thru during the daytime on 03/01/2017. There was a lot of noise from an exhaust fan on the outside of the building near the speaker. The girl at the window did not want to speak up and she got an attitude. I had to return the sandwich that is pictured and had it replaced. I noticed the inside was simply unsanitary. We both got ill from the food here and will not be eating here anymore. The store on Genesis has friendlier people, wonderful presentation and is cleaner.

I have been eating at Dairy Queen in this town all my life ,it has really gone downhill. Today I got the worst milkshake that I have ever had from a drive-thru! It was melted and runny like a glass of milk with flavoring and whipped cream on top. Can’t say I would recommend anyone else to go there the banana split the other day wasn’t very good either..The chicken strip are small hard and dry.

If I could give 0 stars I would This place is trash me and my husband went for a little breakfast date and got our food and the hash browns was not done (still frozen) the eggs was cold they forgot to give us forks and our drinks so when my husband went back in they tried giving him a OPEN fork not to add they didn’t even cut up the bacon or sausage

June 8 about 8in the morning.Got a breakfast burrito . It was cold,not even wrapped. I took a look inside it. Looked like someone took a bit out of the sausage. Just couldn’t eat it . Toss it in the trash. Dairy Queen @Genesis Road has some pretty Good COOKS.Get someone from there & show you how. To cook. I will not be eating @the one on HWy127.July 9 went to the one on Genesis Rd Wanted Sausage Burrito Got Chicken. Done Done with this places .

My cupfection wasn’t so great first it just had big huge pieces of brownies that I couldn’t break apart with my spoon then got 5 minuets down the road and realized they forgot my nuts that they charged me for so when I went back they gave me a cup of whole nuts and not even the nuts that come in the baggies that’s crushed up
