This was my 2nd visit to this store. Both times ( 3 months apart) the cake cabinet was not working properly. Cakes and Novelties too soft to be sold. Cakes sliding off their boards. I am a retired multi store owner. This tells me you don’t follow regular temperature checks. What else don’t you check?

Garbage. $10 + for a chicken strip basket. Comes with less fries than a small. Smallest chicken strips around and they were hard as rocks. Plus 2 of the chicken were some weird color substance that didn’t even look like food at all. Place has been going down hill for years. The fountain drink was good though so there’s that. The few fries were decent but chicken not edible. TRASH!

My sister and I got their breakfast bowls yesterday morning and they hit the spot. Their gravy and hashbrowns are really good. We received our food very quickly, and the guy who rang up our order was attentive and friendly. We’ve also had their flamethrower burger before and tried plenty of the blizzards. Always delicious.

We frequent this location, and it has gotten increasingly more disappointing. About the last 5 visits the food has not been great. Not fresh, soggy, or chewy etc … tonight, I ordered 2 chicken baskets and one drink. The drink was not what I ordered. Not a big deal but aggravating. We ate a couple bites and ultimately trashed it. It tasted terrible. The service attitude was less then stellar also. It pains me to write this review, but I literally just threw $15 bucks in the trash. . .

I have only visited once, while in town. Late evening, after a long walk in the park, we thought a fast juicy burger and an ice cream would be nice. In theory, that is. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything positive to say. The front line person was totally unable to handle and coordinate taking and delivering orders. The cooking machines and fridges were making all kinds of buzzing, squeaking, you name them noises. The tables were unattended and some had the non-put-away trays and trash of previous guests. Most windows were dirty. The burgers were dry. The buns old, cold and sweet enough to be pastry items. The pretzels just as sweet, despite the salt. This was a sugar overdose already, so we had to skip the ice cream. DQ has never been my favorite, this visit reminded me why.

Drive thru is not good because it takes too long to get through and is very awkward. Their ice cream is not as good as it used to be and the staff did not seem like they knew what their job was. However the fellow at the window was very nice.

This DQ has App scanners, but they do not participate in the DQ App. I was disappointed. I, probably, won’t be back. We’ll travel to a DQ that participates in the DQ App. Our favorite DQ is Jamestown TN…great staff, good food and they are a DQ App restaurant!

Our last several experiences here have not been great. The blizzards are runny and the place is dirty. We won’t be back. The quality of all Dairy Queens has gone down. So disappointing.

Stopped there to get the free cone advertised on their sign out front. Was informed it expired on Monday and this was Wednesday. There wasn’t any expiration on the sign. Front Counter Cashier did ask her manager who emphatically stated absolutely not on receiving the free cone advertised on their sign. The sign said “Free cone day.” How are customers supposed to know it has expired? There wasn’t any expiration date or specific day stated on the sign. Attempted to contact the store manager and franchise owner to no avail. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!! This was in Monterey, TN. Extremely disappointed!
