This place is ridiculous, just wanted to get something quick to eat. The guy at the window was honestly so rude and careless and yes the food is cheap, but if i’m paying money, I expect to get all of it. Didn’t put my bread or gravy in the box, the side of queso that i paid for was thrown in and dumped on all my food. As someone who works in the service industry, if you don’t want to do your job, then quit because this was a truly terrible experience. Main Street Dairy Queen is 100% better. Always satisfied there.

Man this is the place to go if you want your system cleaned out! Lol. I’ve tried this place a few times over the last 13+ years. I’ve never had a good experience here. Everything from sloppy, cold, over cooked, undercooked, machines broken, bugs in the food. Only very few of everyone I have ever talked can say anything remotely decent. The constant changing crew does seem to try, but you can only do so much. The other dairy queen a couple miles away is so much better.

Soggy and over salted fries. Grilled chicken was old and tough like beef jerky. They forgot our sundaes so had to wait in to get them. They also forgot BBQ sauce so had to wait in line again.

Today is National Ice-cream day. $1 off a dipped cone as the email from DQ says. Ordered a Blizzard and when my husband asked to confirm the $1 off the young man at the drive through says “I haven’t heard anything about that”. My husband reiterated again that was what he received in an email and the young man repeated “well I haven’t heard anything about that”. Worst customer service again from this DQ opposite Buc-ees. Will NOT be back!
