Half on hour later and no food. Was hoping to grab a quick bite before work but that wasn’t possible. Ended up being late because it took AGAIN half an hour to even get anything. While waiting I’ve seen many people just leave because of how long it was taking.

Ice cream was fine but the lady at the register was very unfriendly. She kept talking to someone else in another language right after she would ask for my order and then kept doing that. Acted like she didn’t want my business. If I didn’t want a banana split so bad I would’ve went somewhere else. But I see lots of complaints about poor service. So I guess it’s not just me.

Closed grill down at 9:20 on a Saturday night. Will not be back. Food has gone down hill since new ownership. Overcooked. They definitely short you on the Blizzards, cups are just a little over half full. Find another DQ to go to.

The place was very well kept even for it being later in the evening. I ordered a Heath Brownie Cupfection that was then served speedily with just the right amounts of Candy, Caramel, Fudge, Brownies and of course, Soft Serve ice cream.

I never leave a bad review, however this needs addressing.. i strongly suggest you not give this business a dime of your money. Not only was the facility absolutely disgusting, the customer service was pathetic. I called the manager over to address our “cold burgers” that we waited over 20 minutes to get… even after i made her feel the cold burger she argued with me that they were indeed fresh out of the oven and then walked away mid conversation.. MICHELLE was her name, FYI. I will never again give this business any of my money… and i will also be contacting Health services before someone gets sick.

Didn’t eat here because I wanted honey BBQ on the stops with the 7.00 meal . Well every dairy Queen I go to will do it for me. Some charge me for the sauce some don’t. Loose money I guess. We all left and will not be back. Went to Zaxby’s.

5-16-25 230pmIve never had an issue with dairy queen like this before. Absolutely terrible experience here, gave us an order that was not ours. They got mad when we said it was the wrong order. Then when the brought us the correct order it was thrown in our face.
