I do not recommend this place at all, poor service and poor adittudes. BBQ sauce was everywhere like it was intentional. I requested a refund and received it from the General Manager. That was the only positive interaction I received.

Very poor service. I get very sick eating ground beef so as I was ordering I said may I have just a plain hot dog. They brought out a chili dog and I immediately went back up and kindly asked them for one without chili on it. She said well that’s how they are made. I said may I just have a hot dog without the chili scooped on it. She scoffed, took the chili dog and made a plain one. She handed me the plain one without any apology or eye contact. Then to top it off they charge 55 cents for a water cup.

If you go at all, only go on weekdays and in the morning. They VERY rarely get orders right, especially the mobile order. I observed the cook today using terrible food handling practices, and when I said something to him about it, he basically told me to go pound sand. The manager seems nice, but this is a place to avoid.

We ordered 2 of the chicken strip boxes with the fries and onion rings. one box had literally 4 fries the other had the equivalent to like 5 maybe? I wasn’t expecting a ton of fries but definitely more than 4.

Sunday November 22, 3:18pm. Went in and stood at the front counter for 6 minutes. Dining room empty, one person in drive thru. Nobody acknowledged my existence. Not a “hello”, or “we’ll be right with you”. We walked out.

No service at HENDERSON window.
Had to wait in drive through line for 30 minutes just to leave without ever being talked to over speaker. 2 people in front of us each took approximately 20 minutes to get food after ordering. Arrived at 8:00 pm left 8:40 without any service.
Filled with several workers. Not a staffing issue.
40 minutes is unacceptable for fast food per person.
Much worse you cannot leave the line if they are taking too long. This caused the line to block off traffic and cause safety issues on the road

So I just popped in for a vanilla milkshake. First time I’ve ever been here. It seems like they care more about their drive-thru customers than people inside the restaurant. I stood there forever …and she finally took my order. Now I’m standing here forever again watching them get all the drive-thru customers out as fast as possible. I had heard bad things about this place but I thought I would give them a try. The place smells like burnt grease really bad. So bad it’s burning my nose. The milkshake is microscopic and it was almost $5! What a rip off! That was my mistake …I will never come here again!
The shallow platitude response will not get me to go back to this place…. Oh we’re sorry please give us another chance… a little late for that… I understand inflation and prices of things are going up but it only cost them about a nickel to make that $4 milkshake it’s nothing but price gouging using inflation as an excuse… unfortunately it’s not just Dairy Queen it’s almost everywhere! We used to love Dairy Queen when I was a young fella it was a treat and everyone was so friendly the food was good and the ice cream was real!
