Stopped through for lunch on a Sunday and it was very yummy. We had chicken strips with gravy, Dr. Pepper, fries, cheese curds, a Oreo blizzard and a royal New York cheesecake blizzard. The food was hot and fresh and the ice cream was cold and served upside down thick! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for flamethrower sauce on the side. We will definitely be stopping by here again when we visit family in Tennessee again. Thank you for a great lunch Ripley DQ! ❤️

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Literally the second time I’ve come to Dairy Queen and they mess something up. The first time they charged my fiancé and I for medium cones and literally gave us what looked like kids cones. Decided to come to get some chicken tenders today. The honey barbecue ones, they’re my favorite. The girl at the window reads our order back and still proceeds to give me the wrong thing. Decided to go back and ask them to fix my order and all they did was put the honey bbq sauce on top of my tenders. My fiancé also gets a cheeseburger and there’s more ketchup on the dang burger than anything, you can’t even see the hamburger on the thing. Lord get some better help, or do something. Whenever someone’s paying for something they’re expecting to get what the want. RIDICULOUS, a whole bunch of little children playing instead of working and messing things up. Definitely won’t be visiting Dairy Queen for a while.

I visited this location today with my family and was very pleased with our service. I’m not sure who that sweet lady is that was running the front today but she was excellent! Her customer service and hospitality is something that you do not see today! I saw you guys had a manager needed posted on your sign…. if she is not one, there’s your girl! She is awesome!

Cook said that everyone need to leave.he keep asking what time it was. Meaning the customers. Almost all the employees were goofing around, and not being professional. My tenders were burnt. Would not recommend. And will not be back.

The employees were really unhelpful and rudeish. Not a good experience at all. I do not expect a good experience in Ripley, TN. Bad medicine there and considering the culture for that town. Cost 10.00 for 3 ice cream cones. No chocolate ice crwam only vanilla. No other flavers. Wish I could find a Braums. I think I will move to Oklahoma.
