Our food was very overpriced. After a 30 minute wait we where told they were out of meat. The front cashier was constantly playing with her hair scratching her head and moving her long hair around the food then touching the people’s food no gloves or hair nets. The sides set under a heat light while they found the meat. There was several who left without ordering. Our order was given to the wrong people then left in the front counter for whomever and to get cold. I know y’all really don’t care but we will never go back and hope all that read this does the same. It was so bad and worse it was so rude from the staff to all. Another man was served burnt chili to the point you could not even recognize it and another left their cold fries on the front counter stating you should not serve these. The front clerk said. Oh my god people give me a break Jesus In front of a full line. Think this was very inappropriate.

Bought 2 combos and an ice-cream cake. Resturant not clean, had to instruct counter person on everything. Did not have lids for cups, and had to wait 25 minutes for fast food. Decided to take out due to cleanliness.

Our order come out in increments. We had 6 meals and yes that is a little more than your average order but we couldn’t even eat as a family. When I asked to speak with a manager about our order they sent one out who then went to the back and another manager come out and we explained Again what the issue was and she explained that the only attendant up front was new. (Still she should have been trained properly and the manager should not place blame on new employees) she did give us a few coupons for free cones that we gave to the neighboring table but that doesn’t make right the terrible service.

If I could add a negative review I would! Ordered 2 mini blizzards and small sundae. Waited for over 30 minutes. Cashier was too busy flirting with a couple of guys to pay any attention to her job. We finally had to ask where our order was and she told us it had been dropped. After waiting another 10 minutes I went up front to check again the cashier told me it was on counter. Blizzards were melted and sundae was not what was ordered. Place was dirty tables were not wiped down.

You may have to order ketchup and salt separately, for fries. They change how they make their burgers, love the flamethrower usually. This time is wasn’t as good. Burger was kind of cold, cheese barely melted, very little sauce.
