Waited in the drive through for just over 20 minutes to get this. We ordered a small chocolate dip cone sundae. No where near a proper portion and it had obviously been sitting the entire time because the ice cream was liquid under the chocolate. Straight to the trash.

We ordered a vanilla milkshake and a turtle pecan blizzard to go. After a couple sips of the milkshake my husband had a chunk of something come thru his straw. He stopped drinking it. The pictures show what we found. Pieces of pecans in it. Not what we paid almost $5 for! The person who took our order also fixed our order. Apparently the equipment was not cleaned before making the milkshake. We were already out of town before he noticed it so we didn’t go back. And Rashaun should have had that pink ratty wig managed better. First time we have been in over two years and we won’t be going back! Absolutely unacceptable!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and service was impressively prompt—I hardly had to wait for my order. I chose the $7 meal deal and added a small Cookie Dough Blizzard for an additional charge. The meal itself was satisfying; however, the cookie dough in the Blizzard tasted slightly off, as if it wasn’t fresh, though the ice cream was still enjoyable. Overall, a positive experience, and I would gladly return if I’m in the area and in the mood for this fast food option.

Me and my bestie went to Dyersburg to do some shopping at shops not near us, Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, etc., and decided to eat at DQ due to being close and it being noonish. Wrong choice! They was busy when we went in but we waited it out. She and her mom ordered then I ordered. Receipt says 12:50. I ordered a 4 piece honey bbq chicken combo. In the middle of me ordering my friend came up and asked for a different cup due to it being dirty. Desmond I do believe was the guys name, he had long pink fingernails, did not seem to happy. Any ways after getting my food he said my total was $11.07 so I gave him $21.07 so I could get an even $10 back. He did not seem to like that. He tried to hand me my $1 back so I said I gave you that $1 so I can get a $10 back. He seemed very annoyed at that fact. After I got my change we went to get drinks and a table. All the tables were dirty and sticky feeling but we didn’t complain just wiped them off with my alcohol wipes. My friends food came out,16, then someone else’s,19, I was 18. I was very confused but passed it off. I waited till someone else number got called then went to ask about my food. It was literally sitting on the counter where they put food to keep it warm. The cashier said “oh I was about to call you” I looked in the food and he gave me plain tenders. I told him about and then he proceeded to tell me that I ordered plain. I said I ordered a chicken tender combo meal but I wanted the chicken with honey bbq on it. He said I should’ve said I wanted them tossed. He then asked the cook remake them. When I got them back I also had to ask for utensils. When I finally was able to eat my food was cold but I ate it anyways. I don’t know if he was upset because I gave him an extra $1 or what his problem was.

Went in on a Friday night before 1030. There were also other people trying to order. Woman in the back spent the entire time hollering that they should of locked the doors. That they were going to start closing at 1030 and they didn’t care what the sign said. Cashier was too busy giggling to even take orders. Probably the rudest staff I have ever witnessed. If you dont like your job find another one

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Literally the worst place to eat in Dyersburg. Every order takes almost 30 minutes, never have enough workers. The people here are extremely rude, you will be better off going to the second worst place in town and still have a better experience. Don’t waste your time stopping in.

The last time I ate here the chicken was burnt and I didnt get my gravy. I didnt say anything thinking it was a fluke. Came back 2 weeks later and same thing. Plus they gave my husband the wrong food.

I pulled up to the speaker. Sat 3-4 min. Finally said, “Hello?” Just because I wasn’t sure if maybe the speaker was messed up. Someone said, “Hold on! Dey only 2 of us up in hurr!” I drove away. It’s one thing to be understaffed. It’s another thing to be RUDE and unprofessional to your clientele. I won’t be back.

Everyone seemed really nice. We only got ice cream and one drink, so I can’t honestly tell you how the food was. The ice was out at the drink machine though and the lobby was extremely nasty! Food and sticky all over the tables in the front lobby.
