I stopped by the Sevierville Dairy Queen to pick up dinner after an 11 hour work day. I got a cheese deluxe stackburger and fries. The burger was absolutely perfect! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I would usually run by Burger King, but I never get a fresh, hot, or delicious burger. It looks like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. I called the manager on duty to thank her for my wonderful burger and to tell her how much I appreciated it. I think she was rather surprised at my call, but it was a much deserved call. Thank you for a quality burger. Keep up the good work!

Out of every ice cream place around i highly recommend dairy queen! 1 you absolutely cannot beat the price , and if you have a special request they can make the ice-cream/blizzards into any flavor you request!
Angie gave me the best blizzard and made it exactly how i requested. I will definitely be a regular customer in the future. They also have the 7$ meal that comes with tenders or a burger , fries , a drink and ice cream.

Very disrespectful workers. We came through drive through at 8:00 pm on 2/24/25, and had to go back through as our food was incorrect. Instead of having a nice attitude about fixing our food. They insisted on rolling their eyes and raising their voices at a customer. Very unprofessional and embarrassing.We will not be back. Hope they talk to the lady and her team. So upsetting seeing true colors of a person!

This location is my favorite and I frequently visit this location. I am a lover of their cones and sundaes. Also, their cheeseburgers and onion rings are great! I have always received great customer service here and am there at least once a week.

I had a family member that got out of the hospital today. She was craving chili dogs with mustard chili and onions. She had nothing but hospital food for the past month. I went through the drive through window and ordered exactly that times 2. They repeated my order to me just as I ordered it. Low and behold, when I took it back to her, it was missing the mustard and onions. This has happened so many times at this location and I have never complained. Very disappointed

We dined in and there was only two people working,(Andrew and we didn’t catch the name of the other lady) but the food was hot and fresh, brought out quickly and served with care. Andrew’s hospitality and customer service was especially notable. Would recommend!
