Came in around 740pm on a Thursday night. One car ahead of the drive thru window no one at the window. Pull around, 4 vehicles in line including mine. After 7min of the car at the speaker not moving two trucks in front of us got mad and left. We said ok we’re next might as well wait. 5 more minutes finally get to the speaker was told to wait. 4 minutes later order very clearly small pain vanilla cone, a misty freeze, a banana split NO PINEAPPLE stated this several times in fact, please no pineapple Carmel instead that’s it. Finally get that done pull around car that ordered in front of us is still there. 9 minutes later she hands the guy his bag the entire bag ripped and all his stuff fell between the window and the car.
Now I have cars backed up behind me no where to go. 6 more minutes later she hands him a bag leaves. He’s waving trying to get their attention like 3-4 minutes later she finally comes back he apparently was missing something. Finally minutes later that car leaves. Go up to pay. My banana split is loaded with pineapple. My misty freeze was wrong. The small vanilla cone looked like it was dropped it was so smooshed. I only complained about the pineapple. Get the thing back apparently they just scooped the pineapple out because at this point it was banana soup. Absolutely awful. They had like 5 workers in there too. That’s all on whoever the manager is supposed to be. Awful awful.

From the staff to the cleanliness of the place was impressive. The lady running the front register rang everyone up, kept the sitting area clean and restocked. The food was hot and fresh. We will definitely come back when we’re driving through traveling. Great job y’all!

The facility is clean. We always get blizzards and the chicken strip meal. It’s our favorite combo and it never disappoints! All the staff has been kind & helpful when needed. It’s our favorite Dairy Queen to visit – we will be back soon!

I always go inside if there are cars in the drive thru. Both of my recent visits have been disappointing because of the food delivery time. The first time there wasn’t anyone in front of me and took a half hour to get food. The second time one person ahead of me and took 20 minutes. I don’t know what’s happening in the kitchen, if they’re understaffed or just slow. It should not take a half an hour or 20 minutes to get food to go. My second visit my shake was out for a good 10 minutes before my food. Which of course sets it on a course of melting. Great food always enjoy that ! But don’t care for the long wait time. It’s not a sit down restaurant. It’s a fast food place.

I downloaded the app & received a free small shake with a minimum $1 purchase. The deals on the app are nice. I would say save some money. I went inside today. The restaurant is clean. Friendliness of staff is not all there, unfortunately. One lady in the back was laughing about me using the app (but oh well). Otherwise, milkshakes there taste good and I would say go try one! Chocolate shakes are to die for!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review.. but now I am. For $22 our meals were terrible. The tomato on my chicken sandwich was thinner than my patients. The small shred of lettuce on top of my dime thick tomato was almost nonexistent. The fry cup was more cup than fries. I wouldn’t even call the amount of fries I got with my combo the size for a child’s meal. Over all the ketchup packets were the best thing we got.

Staff is very lazy, 2 many times have i came in here and saw an absolutely nasty store. Dirty tables, floors, bathrooms. Oh and they can’t keep stock of anything. Almost every visit they have ran out of something. Condiments. Chocolate sauce, brownies, pretzels, cookies… food is always subpar compared to any other DQ around. I will not ever eat at that place ever again paying $24 for all my stuff I get a meal but it did not come with a drink or the dipping sauce so I had to pay more for the drink on top of paying more for the dipping sauce

Very satisfied with my blizzard. I had ordered a chocolate cheesecake blizzard. Although, they are on the higher end of prices, they’re worth it every now and then. Absolutely nothing negative here.
