Excellent service at this location! Very quick to take our order, and the food came out just as quickly. The guy at the window was polite and served everything with a smile! The Blizzard test was performed successfully, so I was very pleased! Thanks for the good service and good food! We didn’t go inside, so no real judgment on the atmosphere.

I typically love this location. 5 stars for good service, but a 3 star rating on quality of blizzards lately. Over the last 3-4 months when I have gotten blizzards they have been the flavor that I order for 1/4 way down, and then the rest 3/4 is just soft serve without any add-ins. I usually have a coupon for a buy one blizzard, get one for 99 cents, and maybe this is standard if you have a coupon? I shouldn’t be too picky with ice cream, but I feel like I am getting 1/4 of what I pay for.

We got good service. They were fairly busy and our order was quick and accurate. The place was pretty clean. And I never really consider DQ for anything but ice cream treats, but the fries were pretty good. We stopped by while out on a walk.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch combo and they gave me bread. No chicken on the sandwich and the box it came in wasn’t even closed. We tried to call them but the number listed goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. What we were given from our order was definitely not fresh. Honestly, the most disappointing DQ experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t spend your money here.

Ice cream was great, but service wasn’t the best. When we walked in, the person at the counter said hello then walked away. Another person came after a few minutes and took our order. Didn’t wait too long for the ice cream to come out, so that made up for the wait at the counter.

Me and my husband came here for dinner before going to see Terrifier 3. I got the new honey barbecue chicken tenders, fries, root beer, and a strawberry sundae. My husband had the burger and fries, and everything was AMAZING, including the young man behind the counter taking our order. His name is Luke. He had a great attitude and demeanor, which is hard to find in fast food places these days. He brought our food to our table, told us if we needed anything else to let him know. He was checking on other diners as well. Just an overall good employee doing his job correctly, and he deserves a shout out. Food was delicious. Our table was clean. My husband used to be a GM of a well known restaurant, and he even agrees with me. Great casual atmosphere. Clean. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!

I applaud those teens for wanting to work, but this location seems like it needs better management; things were a little unorganized. Also, both of my blizzards were soupy and definitely would have failed the flip test.

Ordered a small twist cone. The picture is what they handed me. That little tiny bit of chocolate was all the chocolate that was in it. When I said wow there isn’t much chocolate in this, the only response I got was “that’s the way it came out of the machine”. No apology or offer to replace it. Just closed the window and walked away. Can’t wait for Andy’s Custard to be open. I’ll be going there.
