Ordered cake 2 days in advanced with the specific pick up time like they require you to do. Worked this thing into my schedule and got there when I was supposed to. Not even during peak hours. I stood around waiting and heard them talking back and forth and finally realized they hadn’t made it! No one informing me on what was going on while I awkwardly stood around. Kept waiting while they threw something together real quick that was Sort of like what was ordered but not really and sloppy on top of that. No one informed me in the meantime what was going on until at the end of the transaction where I was given an explanation and an apologize, charged full price for this custom cake that wasn’t “exactly” the custom requested and no receipt and no options beforehand in place of the mistake to decide on anything different before the hasty attempt to complete the request.

Yesterday just before 5pm. Dairy Queen is awful unless you like waiting 15 min for a “small hot fudge sundae” melted and the fudge was hard and cold (because it sat around).. Never again. It was awful. No one in drive up 4 other people in the place also waiting for their orders . Sad

Service is usually OK and food is usually decent, but we’ve had issues with a couple of things, like today when I ordered a cheeseburger aka the Ketchup & Mustard Sundae. Literally at least a tablespoon of each on a small burger, probably more. On the patty and the outside of the bun too. Couldn’t taste anything else, even after repeatedly trying to wipe it off. I won’t take a star away only because everything else today was good, but that is beyond ridiculous.

Brittany went above and beyond which was very unexpected as service has gotten so poor at similar establishments. This was our first time here but it will definitely not be our last. Best service we have ever had and we are huge travelers.

Food was microwaved cheese was so hard on the burger you could not bite it . Other burger was also microwaved asked for no lettuce so they just took it off an old burger and brought it out . No reason for this the lobby was empty . For $25 plus dollars you should at least get fresh food . Sad

An elderly woman pulled in front of us today and the staff here took care of my boy while I got it together and called police and such. I can’t thank them enough for staying with him and helping calm everyone down. Fantastic people.
