As a former DQ employee (10 years ago in a much busier location), the pace at which these employees work is absolutely unacceptable. 25 minutes after I ordered, I went to check on my order and Lynnette carried an order out and said “yeah this order going out before yours was $50” okay? The employees here move at a GLACIAL pace and have no regard for the fact that people wait half an hour for their food at a “fast” food restaurant. & problem is, this is not an isolated event. It happens every time I come to this location. The only reason I ever come back is because my kids love ice cream and unfortunately I like to hope these people can get their act together. Clearly not.

The size of the cones will bring us here over and over once my children crave for it. We had a drive through and picked three MD cones. The staff who attended to me was welcoming and my children enjoyed their ice cream . Nice place

We came here at 6:30pm 12/13/25 on the way to see Christmas lights. We ordered chicken finger basket with ranch & gravy, burger combo, 2 mini blizzards & 2 kids meals. We paid $50.50 for craaaapy food. We LOVE DQ and the other 3 locations we have been to/go to in Middle TN have always been amazing. This location was horrible! Chicken was cold and chewy, fries were literally COLD. Not cold as in barely warm…no these were legit cold as in to the touch and soggy. When I opened up my ranch I thought that’s weird they gave me a big gravy and a small one…no, that small one was ranch. SUPER clumpy just like gravy consistency! Toast was also cold, and my husband’s burger was cold and sloppy. We didn’t eat our whole meal and trashed it. We would have gone back if we had time to. We took it and drove off to wait in the line to see Christmas lights. A HUGE disappointment! To pay $50.50 for disgusting food…what a waste.

Normally would give a good review at this location. Though it’s a shame you try to pay and you are told well unfortunately we can’t take that. I don’t have change. I mentioned that most other places have a manager take care of that and she just shrugged her shoulders.

The young lady working in the cash register was excellent!!! She was dealing with two very rude customers, and they manager seem to ignore it or was too busy to pay attention. She greeted me and apologize for the poor customers in front of me…. Food was good as always.

This location has good food, but no chocolate ice cream. Multiple times over the months they say the machine is “broken” but they still feature it on the menu. Most of the menu items are made with chocolate ice cream, it’s just ridiculous. My sister has autism and only likes certain foods, chocolate ice cream is her favorite. She does not like vanilla. Please bring back the chocolate ice cream, for now we are taking our business to the Mt. Juliet location.

Yall this worker bee was so much fun! I told her I was in video mode to show off our ice cream cones to my daughter! The only negative star was due to no napkins given to us. Thankfully no messes occurred! My cherry dipped cone was delicious! And well worth the response I got later!!

Ordered delivery and only half my order showed up. Burger and fries were cold and soggy and my drink was missing. The burger had an off taste to it. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I’m currently standing in the lobby, there are 3employees and each one looked at me and said nothing. I said hello how are you and the Hispanic lady with the headset looked at me and turned her head she said something to the African American lady and they both went the other way. I said hello again and they continued with no acknowledgment to me. It would be understandable if they didn’t see me, although that isn’t the case here. I’m currently a General Manager of a QSR of 25 years. For one thing there should always be a cashier in the front to greet customers. Even during a short handed situation, customers should always feel welcome. Customers will understand if there’s a situation where they’re struggling with staffing. A simple acknowledgment will go a long way. Finally the African American lady came to ask me for my order. She was nice and courteous l, although not a sorry for your wait l. Just a FYI from one leader to another
