Waited in line to make an order. Only 1 car in front of me. Thought it would take longer to make the order online than placing it. Placed order, pulled up to window to hand them the phone for reward points. They said their scanner doesn’t work. There is a pattern with this location. Bad attitudes, and poor workmanship. Ordered 3 Blizzards…received half melted and half made Blizzards. Royal ultimate chocolate brownie ended up be vanilla ice cream with a squirt if chocolate and some chocolate pieces. Not even mixed. I was there on Wednesday, July 5th at around 3pm.

I sat in line for 30 minutes after ordering only to be told when I had ordered 3 hotdogs that there were no hot dog buns. This was in June. Last week I walked in for a simple medium cone and waited for 20 minutes. My order from front did not get pushed through to the ice cream server…not the server/prep person ‘s fault. In the meantime, the crowd inside and out grew while others got their orders. I know the manager was trying to help but it was out of control with one cashier, one cook, and one person making ice cream orders and the manager at drive through. They either don’t pay their people enough or it must be a crummy place to work but the public still wants Dairy Queen. Do better!

Walked in with my wife and 3 daughters planning to buy blizzards to end our Saturday evening. Staff very rudely said “just so you know… lobby closes in 10 minutes” with a terrible un welcoming. We left and went elsewhere. Sheesh.

We went here on July 4th, it was 4:40 pm. We told the girl at the counter what we wanted and she didn’t put our order in the register, then she went on a loud angry rant about how her manager didn’t show up and she wasn’t staying here all day blah blah blah, and then told us that she would take our order but we better know that we have to get out (her exact words) at 5 pm because she was leaving and locking the doors. I felt a bit nervous as she was loud and it felt threatening. We just looked at each other and left, I can’t eat in 20 minutes and I would not want someone angry and loud like that making or handling my food anyway.

Ice cream was as expected, worth the price. Lady at the front counter did not attempt to hide that we were an inconvenience to her. Several of the tables were sticky and the dining area was not cleaned well.

We initially wanted to eat inside but the doors were locked with no sign saying the dining room was closed. We went through the drive thru and saw some new flavors listed on the menu so I tried to order one, just to be told they didn’t offer that anymore. I ordered my regular Blizzard (Peanut Butter Cup). It was listed correctly on the receipt but it was clearly something else once I started eating it. It was more like the chocolate pieces that used to be in the French Silk blizzard. By that point, I’d had enough of this place. Finished my incorrect Blizzard and will not return.

Was in line 5 minutes early to order lunch they told me I would drive their drive time up if I sat and waited on them to open and that I wasn’t allowed to sit and wait the 5 minutes on them to open and that I should go somewhere else by Vaenea the so called manager on duty. She also then refused to serve me food. I feel I have been discriminated against, I was never rude I was never mean to anyone and I have it on recording. I’m also making a corporate complaint.

Stopped by to get ice cream at 8:30pm….we waited waited waited in the drive thru and no one took our order. We pulled to window and told the lady we needed to place an order because we had been sitting forever and no one ever came over intercom to take order. She immediately shut her window and told another coworker that we wanted to place and order and both looked at each other like we were crazy. Needless to say, no one took our order and Baskin Robbins was happy to take our money! Very disappointed that customer service is like that these days. Terrible!

Every time I come for lunch they are out of ranch. You’d think the shift manager or lead would be smart enough to make enough ranch so that they don’t run out but we now live in a time where brain cells just don’t exist anymore! So I guess after 2 they just stop serving ranch with their food. No problem, McDonald’s has dressing for their food.
