The team is always friendly. Kristy makes sure we get good, hot, and fresh food everytime we go. We have a big family so it’s always big orders but they always knock it out of the park. I love the fact they have chocolate soft serve too because it’s the only kind I like . We will continue to give them our business!

Lent is upon us. Got the shrimp basket. Super hot and crispy. Service was very slow. The young man in the window took 1 order at a time and made everyone else wait until he served the single car. I got the wrong drink at the windo once I finally got to the window. My wait was 10 minutes to place my order due to the 2 cars in front of me not being waited on. Hoping for a better trip next time.

Got and cheeseburger and fries Friday night 11/28. The burger was Great and the fries PHENOMENAL I went back for the same 11/29. The guy at the window seemed to take pride in his job. He was very nice and customer oriented.

if i could rate this in the negatives i could. i have been through twice, and the blonde girl gave me attitude TWICE, the second time she sounded like she wanted to start a fight, she used her eyes in a mean way and i didn’t appreciate it at all. on top of that there’s chocolate in my strawberry milkshake, lots of it, enough to cause an allergic reaction for someone with an chocolate allergy, which is why she ordered strawberry. i’m mad.

Tuesday night, 7pm. 6 cars in line, 20 minutes to move 1 car. Looked like the workers had family inside as I drove away. Multiple employees, all standing around the dining room. Pathetic service but that’s what you get when you let children run a restaurant

Look, I love dairy queen blizzards, especially the summer limited cotton candy, but they are NEVER mixed all the way through! This one I got most recently literally a fourth of it was mixed. The rest was just vanilla ice cream.

Service was very slow…actually delivery of the food was within tolerance, but took too long to get someone at the register to take our order…few people walking around but no one wanting to do anything? I guess the manager finally asked someone working in the kitchen to take our order…he stumbled through it, thanks for stepping up!
