Gallatin you need to do better!!!!! If i wanted ice cream only I would order ice cream only. Your blizzards suck. What happened to all the fun yummy additions that are suppose to go into the blizzard ???????? If i wanted regula/plain ice cream I would go to a grocery store and get a gallon for half the price. If lack of product is a “common problem” as stated by a staff member maybe you should seek a solution to the common problem rather than dump poor product on your consumer. Do better or shut down. I’d rather have a good dose of the claps.

The chicken strip basket should automatically come with the gravy and toast which it did not I had to ask for the gravy if you want something else you should let them know I don’t want gravy I want this instead but at least put the freaking toast back in geez are y’all that damn lazy there

Very disappointing experience. I found two cockroaches inside the restaurant, which was just gross. Every table and every surface was dirty amd or sticky and looked like they haven’t been cleaned all day, and the register was left unattended for long periods. While we didn’t have to wait, several other people who came in after us were stuck in line calling out for someone to help or take their order. The service was incredibly slow, even though we were the only customers for a while.
I usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but this location seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, staffing, and customer service.

Whoever is working the night shift of 4/14/2025, y’all absolutely SUCK, and shouldn’t be working fast food. I waited for food for 45 minutes and just walked out from the long wait. The workers were talking on the phone behind the counters and weren’t doing their jobs properly whatsoever. Do better!!!!!!! I never leave bad reviews, but cmon now. There’s no excuse for that. Other customers walked out too with the long wait time too.

Ordered two blizzards on uber eats, had two drivers cancel on me after they waited 30 minutes each for my order. Ordered it around 7pm . It took an hour and 30 minutes for Dairy Queen to make them and we tried calling twice to see if something was wrong and no one picked up.
