We apparently made our order too complicated, because not only did they completely butcher the entire thing (first by leaving out an entire meal, and then by adding the wrong items to the wrong meals lol), but then they provided us with some of the worst customer experience we’ve ever had. You could hear the cook LOUDLY complaining and throwing a fit the entire time. When we told them they added mustard that was requested to be removed and the extra cheese we paid for to the wrong items (it should’ve been added to the missing meal). They not only refused to fix the messed up burger, the cook demanded that we pay for additional cheese for the missing burger due to her already adding it to the wrong one. Cook was severely pissed and unpleasant. We even had to let them know we could hear her every word. The entire lobby could hear her throwing a fit. Never returning here.

Ya’ll have got to be kidding me with the size of these tenders. If y’all are going to overprice them, it would at least be nice to receive regular tenders and not literal nuggets. They are laughably tiny.

The little dark haired girl that waited on me… Had absolutely ZERO personality. Not a thank you for coming, have a good day.. nothing! I was floored, just stuck the Blizzard out the window and smerked at me. Poor thing.. Shame she goes through life like that. I’m going to pray for her!

The young worker who took my order was completely odious. I go up to the register to order a mini blizzard and before i can even get to the second item he interrupts me, sighing very loudly and says “is that ALL you’re going to order” and i laugh it off with him and says no i still have another item. I order a second mini blizzard and then he says “I forget people don’t eat as much as they should”
He then plays it off as a joke and says “If it wasn’t obvious, I was joking”
????
That was the end of the interaction because then I paid, but what kind of place hires people like that who don’t think before they speak and play it off as a joke? I understand establishments need workers, but if you’re going to hire someone like that, why would you place them at the front register? When they clearly have no people skills at all?

The second picture is what I asked and the first one is what I got. They gave the wrong size even tho on the paper says 8 in cake. The price supposed the be 25 and tax and all. Nope it was more. My daughter didn’t even have a birthday cake because of them.

We stopped for ice cream after a surgery I had that day. Service was not friendly, place was dirty, and the ice cream was costly for what it was. Won’t be returning

Showed up after what looked like a local school/church event had let out, so we did expect it to be a little busy. The drive through line was to the street so we went inside. We were the only people in line, with some others in the lobby waiting one orders. We saw 4-5 employees working frantically to keep up with mobile orders and drive-through. We were patient, but waited for over 10 minutes and neither of us were ever acknowledged by any employee. Mobile orders kept printing and staff would come to grab the slip right in front of us, but still would not acknowledge a customer waiting to order. No workds were ever spoken between us and the staff. I feel that we were waiting patiently, and a “we will be with you shortly” would have been nice. We ended up leaving out of frustration and got ice cream elsewhere. Main suggestion- even when it’s too busy to stop and take an order- acknowledge that you know the customer is there so they know you are not outright ignoring them. I have worked in fast food before and understand it can get hectic, but it should not be too hectic to at least let the customer know you see them and will help them shortly. I hope they are able to work this out and have a more efficient system in the future.

Staff was rude, ignored me while I was standing at front counter. Worker in lobby was rude and ignored me and walked out the door when I asked for help!

Icecream was great, employees were great. The price for 3 dipped cones was almost $15, however. The drive thru angle was also uncomfortable.

I ordered my food and waited in line. 1 vehicle in front of me. I watched a man and his son get out of their car and go in. They came back out with their food and I hadn’t moved. So I jumped the curb to get out of line and went inside. The teenage boy wanted to argue with me saying inside is not faster. The teenage boy wanted to keep arguing with me instead of listening to the customer. His supervisor needs to teach him about customer service and manners. White boy behind the counter.
