We have a few different DQ locations local to us, but this one is a bit far from home and worth the drive! We walked in twenty minutes to close and we were immediately taken on our orders and had no issues sitting down to eat. Place was clean. Food was warm and they didn’t skip on the “extra” in extra fudge! Definitely will be back here if we’re around again.

I’m writing this review while still here. 10/10 experience and the food was just what we needed. After spending the last two days at the hospital we came here for a min to get a bite and regroup. As we walked in the sweetest man had such a warm smile. He was patient when I was deciding what I wanted. Then he even brought the food out to the table. We needed that kindness more than he knew. The restaurant is clean and the food was hot. Thank you.

Tried to redeem a $5 off reward from my DQ app and the worker at the window was like “it’s only valid for the cheeseburger meal.” There was a picture of a cheeseburger on the stock image. It was a $5 off reward with a $5 minimum for ANY order. I tried ringing up my chicken strip meal on the mobile app and it took the discount off. She charged me full price. First issue I’ve ever had here with any of the workers.

I placed a mobile order and it was ready quickly but I ordered a 6 piece honey bbq chicken tender combo. 1. Barely any sauce whatsoever. 2. The inconsistency with the sizing of the tenders is actually ridiculous. Employees were not the nicest but nothing special. At least the food was hot but definitely not worth the money spent.

Had previously only came for great ice cream treats, but today stopped by for lunch. We had a large order of 7 sandwiches with fries and onion rings. Was concerned at first when we were asked to pull up. However within about 90 seconds we had all of our food delivered to us with a “sorry for the wait.” Wait??? That was awesome service!! Plus the food is great. Loved the onion rings. Will definitely be back.

We had to wait about 15mins to put in our order. The cashier was too busy on their phone to greet us,take our order. The food was amazing thank you to the cook. The other staff got our shakes and they were awesome. The manager looked at us then fussed at the staff. They were young but doing the best they could. My opinion only I would put the cashier in the back somewhere so they could not be seen. Their customer service was a negative. Kudos to the other staff way to go. Over all it was good. Stars were lost only because of again CUSTOMER SERVICE…and no I won’t be back.

Stopped into Dairy Queen on 9/12 to have lunch, got I’m to the counter to order, stood there like 2 minutes while the young man had his back to me and in his phone, never once acknowledge me. I didn’t say a word just walked out, while still watching as he never looked up from his phone. Not the first time this has happened at this location.
