You know why I came. I never ordered food from DQ, it’s the ice cream that has my heart. Most of the people I’ve encountered here are cool. I don’t have any complaints. The ice cream slaps for sure

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We actually stood in line and waited 15 minutes before someone came to the register. I understand being shorthanded and trying to get things done but what three people were doing could’ve been done by one at the rate they were going. It was as if they were moving in slow motion. Being shorthanded is probably also the reason that the seating area was not clean. Fortunately for us we, just stopped for ice cream and it is hard to mess that up but to wait over 25 minutes to get. It is ridiculous. Nope, we will not be back.

Worse chicken finger basket, I have ever seen. Looks more like a a burger of some sort but who can tell with the pint of mayonnaise on top. I’m allergic to mayonnaise so I guess I should figure out what I’m eating…again. Everybody makes mistakes but there was one vehicle in the drive through. Mine. Not sure whose mayonnaise burger I got but nobody should eat a years worth of mayo in one meal, so maybe my misfortune saved a life. It definitely prolonged one, anyway.

I went to the Dairy Queen on Springhill Ave in Mobile, AL. I pulled up around 9:50 waited and waited at the drive through nobody would answer the microphone. So I pulled up to the window. Workers were still there with headsets on and looked at me but wouldn’t come to the window. I finally got a workers attention and he said they were closed. I said how it says y’all close at 10 and I have been waiting for 10 minutes. He goes and gets the manager. The manager came to the window and opened it and said they were closed. I said it’s not even 10 pm like it states they closed at. He said their time said 10:15 pm so they had been closed. I opened my phone to show him it wasn’t 10:15 pm. I looked up on the screen they have that shows the orders and it said 10:02 at that time caue we already waited 10 minutes. I asked him for the district managers number and when he came back with the number I pointed out the time on the screen as he told me their time said 10:15 pm. He looked at it and said ok and and I told him well obviously your time isn’t 10:15 pm cause your screen says 10:02 pm. I took the pictures as I waited for the district managers number I noticed the time on the screen so I took a picture. I see this location has a tendency to close earlier than they are supposed to! I also think the number he gave me for the district manager wasn’t the correct one. If the location closes at 10 they shouldn’t be closing early just because they feel like it. Closing times are set for a reason.

WE WENT FOR A MID-DAY SNACK AND LET ME TELL YOU THE DRIVE-THRU CASHIER WAS VERY ANTSY LIKE SHE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE AND SHE KEPT ASKING US ARE WE DONE. I DONT THINK WE WILL BE BACK TO SPRINGHILL LOCATION! MOST OF ALL THEY NEED TO BE THANKING CUSTOMERS LIKES US BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST FOOT, TRUCK/CAR TRAFFIC THEY RECEIVE. I went into this location on December 31, 2024. I received unusual long stares from 3 employees. My caramel sundae was good. January 1 I started to complete the survey for a freeDilly Bar and receive a message that it appears I had given my opinion within the past 15 days. Impossible, I have not been to Dairy Queen in quite some time so I don’t know who completed the survey, but I want the owner/managers to know it wasn’t me. Has this happened to others?
