We drive thru so many times lately because
1. Ice cream tastes better in winter
2. Everybody else’s ice cream machines are broken or “being cleaned”
This location is so very clean. The staff is cheerful. Food is always fresh. Ice cream always tasty, even near closing time. Our fave girl is Kassandra because she just is always always on the point. Every day. Any time day or night. The same great attitude. How do you do it, maam??? We LOVE YOU! The whole team is great, though. Thanks and keep it up

I keep forgetting that their chicken strips are not good anymore. I wish they would go back to the ones they had when I was a teenager. Also they don’t have the dipping sauce they used too or the opportunity for some gravy on side. The French fries were hot and fresh though. Also my company seemed to enjoy their burger, onion rings, and vanilla malt. Very nice service too.

Alright, so it was late and I REALLY needed an I ice cream cake immediately for a birthday. Their cake decorator was already off shift. The crew here was so very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The gentleman on the phone explained that someone there was willing to write on the cake, but that it would not be professional, so to speak. This was not an issue for us. We just merely needed happy birthday and the name of the boy whose birthday it was, written on the cake. They went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and it surely did not go unnoticed or appreciated! They were so nice and helpful and such a Blessing to us!

I have had issues twice with ordering a choco brownie extreme blizzard. When I’ve gotten it, the ice cream in the cup isn’t even chocolatey. After receiving yet another hardly chocolatey choco extreme blizzard, I went back inside and asked if I could get one with more chocolate. The girl told me “we can only put a certain amount without it getting all runny”. She was not willing to make a new blizzard with more chocolate. A man also behind the counter said it was fine and he’d make another one. But the girl continued to argue with him. So I told them to just keep it and I left. I’m so glad I paid for something that I didn’t get to eat.

Never have an issue at this place Food is always great. The worker Cassandra is probably the nicest person I have ever dealt with in a fast food restaurant before. She definitely needs to be management if not already.

Saturday night barely anybody here. I’ve been waiting on my food for about 40 minutes. I spent $40. Guy at the window is nice but a hamburger shouldn’t take THIS LONG to make. Won’t be coming back. If you are looking for something quick do not go here.

Ordered small cup ice cream, nobody else in the store maybe some on.the drive through, employees and manager on the phones walking around confused, waiting time 15 min. Oops, will look for another DQ hopefully higher management pays attention
