This icecream was just like when I was a child. It’s flavorful, unlike the ones we have here in tn. I wasn’t gonna order any, but my children insisted I taste theirs. Unbelievable good. Nice people too.

I bought a DQ cake and it definitely wasn’t like any I have bought at other locations, see pictures. The chocolate layer was just a little chocolate, no crunchy cookie part and only a very thin layer of the fudge.. I reached out and they said they make their own cakes and they would tell the person who makes the cakes about it. I also called corporate, which all DQ are franchise owned so there isn’t a lot they can do. They did contact the Elba DQ and I was supposed to be contacted but never was. I hate to pay this much and it isn’t up to DQ standards. It was my husband’s birthday so I couldn’t just return it after we cut into it. The manager should have at least called me and talked to me about it.
Edit: I have already contacted corporate and filled out the form and was told the owner would contact me but they have not. I am very disappointed in this whole thing.

Worst costomer service! I ordered a smal strawberry Sunday and there was a tint amount in the cup, I decided wow this was $4.50 I want the cup filled up, it was really far below the line, the man put another small spec of ice cream on top, never spoke a word to me and I should have thrown it at them and demanded my money back. I was very upset and I will not be going back, fries were cold and soggy and the burger was also cold and hard.

Ice cream was extremely watery falling off the cone. Management didn’t seem to care when you brought things to his attention. Friend has a shard of plastic in her blizzard and he acted like he was certain it wasn’t from them.

Do you have 45 minutes to wait in line at the drive thru? Then this place is great. Seriously, I’ve waited in line 45 minutes in the drive thru. Once you actually get your order, the food is perfectly fine and the service is friendly, but that wait! If they would hire some more people and open the dining room (still closed from COVID, I guess?) it would probably make a huge difference.
