bought a royal new york cheesecake blizzard and it had no cheesecake in it and when i took it back the next day they said it was blended into small pieces inside the ice cream and said if i want cheesecake i have to pay for extra mind you i took the blizzard back up there with me they were pointing at the sides talking about its on the sides of the cup which it was not so i wouldn’t recommend going to this dairy queen at all

I used to work at a Dairy Queen a couple of years ago, so I know the standard of service. This was awful, and I’m sad to say it. My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru, gave the guy our order, and before we could finish, he blurted out the total, so we had to wait to give him the rest of the order. Then we had to drive in a very cramped circle to the window to receive our food, and the girl at the window was also just blatantly rude. The food was poorly made, and we asked for ketchup that was never received. After that whole experience, we got not even hot food for 30 dollars, and it was sadly a waste of money.

My father and I went through the drive through to get dinner. We ordered two large vanilla shakes and two six piece tenders. The total was 46. They tried to charge us $15.49 each for the chicken tender meals. We promptly asked for a refund. They gave us our money back.

DQ has gotten a bad rap on the internet and not to say some DQ, maybe as the internet suggests . To be fair, the DQ I went and go to has a good rating for the health department, and it’s clean. Even in the lunch rush, I was impressed and will return.

Went to drive thru and it was raining kept saying can I order Noone said anything so my I was getting wet pulled around cashier said she want let me take your order so I left took my business else where because I’m not going to sit and get wet cause Noone taking my order in a timely manner.If I could give a zero I would so rude.

Went inside instead of the usual drive thru. The manager met me at the door and assisted me in my freezer order. And answered my question as to where the Dilly bars in Butterscotch were, you need to call ahead for they are all made fresh in store. Then I went to the countertop and ordered my biweekly Blizzard. I was in, out, and happy in about 5 minutes.
