The last couple of weeks any time I’ve tried to get anything , before I can even order I’ve been prompted with “we are out of ice cream”, “our system is down and we can’t do orders right now” and on one occasional I was told it was “too hot for them to do dipped cones today”.

I’ve been getting Ice cream cakes for years now I would say at least 7 years and Ive never had a problem picking up through the drive thru but this time the lady at the drive thru did make it a big deal and was really rude and hateful about it. I even confronted her about it and she didn’t apologize and yet to my surprise she said she was the manager of the DQ so I guess I won’t be buying any more ice cream cakes there! And to add the cake wasn’t even done like I had requested and what the lady wrote down so who knows what they were going off by.

We ordered online 2 burgers , fries and a slushee. There was a short wait bc the drive thru was busy , that’s cool , no problem. We were just gonna eat in the parking lot anyways , but everything was cold and there were no napkins. Tried to go in the lobby to talk to someone about our order and the doors were locked. Ended up going home and putting everything in the microwave.

Last 2 visits in a months time they said they were out of ice cream. This seems to be a problem on a more frequent basis. I left and went to sonic. If this keeps happening I definitely will just start going straight to sonic and not even waste the time going to DQ.

We ordered four blizzards, which were great, but very messy. Ice cream was dripping down the sides of the cups. Of course we’re going back, but we’ll make sure to get lots of napkins for the ride home.

I don’t normally do reviews however seeing the review from earlier today really set me off. My family and I had an excellent experience. The food was fresh and hot and the employees were all friendly. The issue I’m having with the review CODY left is this. I was there before him and his family came in. The employees were cleaning before I even got there. They also weren’t using anything strong because it wasn’t even a strong smell. It just smelled clean. The part I don’t understand is, if they were cleaning before we all came in. Why on earth would you intentionally sit next to where they are cleaning and then complain about them cleaning. A lot of folks don’t wanna do anything now a days and that guy and girl were on the floor wiping under the tables and scrapping gum off to ensure us as customers have a clean place to eat. Why complain about people cleaning? Maybe it’s because he just likes to be dirty and can’t stand the smell of cleanliness. I personally don’t know. It also wasn’t right for him to be ugly to the two workers either. He chose to sit next to them knowing good and well they were cleaning. There was a whole other side of the restaurant they could have sat at but they didn’t. Sounds crazy to me. The girl even asked me if the smell was bothering me after he was ugly to her and I appreciated her trying to make sure it didn’t bother anyone else and it didn’t bother anyone else because there wasn’t a smell to complain about. Good job Dairy Queen for hiring some hard workers who care about cleanliness!

Me and my family order there new burger tonight it was good but the employees were deep cleaning while we were eating inside. They were cleaning with there normal cleaner it was so strong that it was making me and my family sick to our stomachs. Like I understand the store manager wanted them to deep clean but dang atleast lock the lobby and clean or wait until u have no customers. Then on top of that I nearly fell in the bathroom floor bc it was slippery and no sign up anywhere . So I suggest u get it under control. But I will tell you y’all deserve no stars . I will not be back so don’t ask for a second chance.

Got a blizzard, and it wasn’t mixed. The very top had the good stuff. The rest was just vanilla ice cream, nothing else. I was disappointed.
