Cold food. Soo cold and the chicken was cold in the center. I called, I have to go to work. I told her I could bring the complete meals back with my receipt next day. She couldn’t give me any type of credit. They were closing soon, had to get ready for work. I’ll take care of it when I call the higher ups. Also, the ice cream doesn’t melt lol
I will also be calling the health department because chicken should not be ice cold in the center I already have health anxiety and now they want me to catch salmonella or something worse

My husband went here and bragged about the customer service and how well mannered they were and respectful. He was sent here because some road work was being done at the place he went to and bragged about it yesterday.
Went back today and bragged about the customer service AGAIN and everyone was SO appreciative. Would recommend FOR SURE

gave service three stars because they didn’t take amex, i know it wasn’t their fault but it was a little annoying can’t lie. but they were nice tho, i just did drive thru so i didnt really go in food was mid, but what can you expect its dairy queen. just wish they would’ve like advertised better that they didn’t take amex, but it was fine. i had another card.

“Provided” terrible service, inexperienced staff. These people don’t care about their job, please go to a different Dairy Queen that doesn’t use “under new management” as an excuse for their anorexic portion sizes.
2 Cashiers weren’t trained enough to even know what dipped cone was.
Not to mention, a back of house employee (not a trainer or management) came to our table abruptly during our meal accused my partner of taking a video of a staff member.
My partner showed the video despite it not being against the law to take public camera footage inside of an establishment. The video did not contain any staff member. Just photography of the underwhelming icecream.
Cutting on product instead of making the customer be frustrated without a refund or remake solution is ridiculous.
Let’s be real, we know you don’t weigh everything at this Dairy Queen.

Took my family out for ice cream. Thought it would be a good night with my wife and son and banana split, strawberry sundae, & blizzard. The cashier was on her phone the whole time while taking our order, cussing to boot. A little way through my sundae I noticed something black in it. At first I thought maybe just a little chocolate got in it. Upon further investigation it turned out to be mold. ALL of our ice cream had mold in it. When I took it back for a refund the cashier, still on her phone, argued with me saying it was chocolate. I asked to see the manager and he gave us a full refund. Meanwhile she is in the back cussing me saying it was chocolate. Obviously they do not clean their machines properly so we will not be back to this location..not to mention the customer is NOT always right or respected here, neither.
