I avoid fast food most times. Today I didn’t pack my lunch and I seen the 7 dollar deal. The combo have value and the team members pulled through. The chicken was cooked not burned nor old. The fries was good. Ranch is slightly watered down. The woman who took my order was good at her job. Didn’t ask me a billion questions straight to the point. 8.2/10. No wait time too which is shocking.They did pretty good. Also the ice cream is still top tier.

I used the drive thru to buy a shake and a blizzard this past Tuesday at around 8:50 pm. While I was ordering, the young woman cut me off while I was talking and told me to pull around.
She made my order very sloppily to the point where the blizzard was spilling out of the cup.
Are they not supposed to turn it upside down before they hand it to you?
The ice cream was literally spilling in my truck and the young woman in the drive thru didn’t care at all. She walked off before I could even ask about her re-doing it. She was incredibly rude and seemingly in a hurry.
This will be the last time I buy anything from this location. There are plenty of other places in Madison to buy the same thing without all of the attitude.
To anyone that may read this, don’t spend your money here. Spend your dollars at places that actually want customers because if the woman that night in drive thru is any indication, they’d rather no one order anything from them at all.

First time at this location, did a mobile order and while it took about 5 minutes to get my food after I arrived, was well worth it. Staff are pretty friendly and food was good.

I tossed the fries
They was not crispy or very hot
Tasted nasty like old oil.
Told them no offer of replacement.

It was okay. They forgot to put my dressing with my salad. I guess they don’t have sauces already in cups so you get a small container they fill up themselves. It’s okay i guess but, wasn’t the best experience. I still love the ice cream. Food just isn’t as good as I remember. Also tried to park in the shade far away where no one would normally park and of close someone had to come squeeze by me smh

Love this particular DQ, it’s on the newer side and never has a really long line. My dog loves coming here to order a free pup cup any time he has a bad day or has to go to the vet and get shots or just because. The drive thru line moves pretty fast and the interior store seems clean and well maintained for a DQ. They also have picnic chairs and tables outside on the covered patio if up want to sit al fresco.

Check the portion size! My daughter and I ordered the same $5 chicken strips. The second picture is my order, notice the strips are about the size of chicken nuggets. The first picture is the order my adult daughter received. Notice the difference in size. I did talk to the cashier. She had them make me 2 additional chicken strips at no charge. The additional strips were normal size.
