The girl at the counter told me they couldn’t sell me a burger with no bread. I said “so you can’t just leave the bread off?” She said no we have no way to do that. I walked out. This is the second time they’ve said they couldn’t leave something on the side or leave off for me. I cat eat bread. Other restaurants can do this even 20 years ago McDonald’s could do this. But for Dairy Queen it is inconvenient for them to accommodate people’s allergies.

I just left there and ordered a large cone of ice-cream .Sad to say 4.35 it is not even ice cream any more near room temperature and will not melt the need to just close the door at this point. Decided to stop in. Wait time was longer than anticipated but that’s ok. Restaurant was clean and workers were pleasant. A new worker was smiling and helpful. The older lady was a bit more assertive and matter of fact but not out of the way l, just her personality. Would recommend. Like everything else, costs more but it’s ok to splurge and treat the kiddos at times.

Close this location. They can’t do anything correct. What’s the point??? I order a peanut buster, had barely any peanuts. The dipped chocolate for the cones instead of hot fudge. Last time I will waste a cent there

Imagine driving in to order basic ice cream from the Menu and hearing the worker sigh . YES sigh thru the microphone . Rude is an understatement, useless is more like it. I went through the drive thru late last night and it was a wonderful experience. The speaker was loud and clear. At the window, it seemed like the two workers were genuinely happy to serve my ice cream.

Haven’t eaten here in years. Tried to get treats at 4pm on a Saturday today & the Muscle Shoals, AL location was closed but had cars in the parking lot. The Florence,AL location had all the lights on, drive thru speaker working, & several employees inside but we were told they’re closed at 4:30pm. Now I’m reminded why I don’t eat here.

Worst experience ever! I go through the drive thru and I am the only one there. I order my food, they get it wrong, so logically I go in to get it fixed. Not upset yet, I go and tell them that my blizzard was wrong and they went to fix it. Waited 5-7 minutes for them to finally bring me back a single blizzard that they had YET AGAIN got wrong! After complaining again and having to wait even longer, my food was cold and my other blizzard melted. Would not waste your time, too expensive for something you could either make yourself or just go down the road to McDonald’s for.
