The food was served at an adequate temperature and in general, the experience was satisfactory. However, I would like to express my concern about an incident that occurred during my visit. I observed an employee with red hair wearing a pink lycra, which did not fit the dress code established for the staff. This situation resulted in a negative impression and I hope it will not be repeated in the future.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal deal. I asked for gravy as the dipping sauce.
Well I got our food and the gravy is cold. The tenders are kinda warm but not really. The only thing good and fresh were the fries. Also there was no ice in the soda machine.
The play ground is shut down for some reason and there is only ONE high chair in the entire restaurant. It’s also extremely quiet in here. No music, no tv or anything.

We ordered the Choco Brownie Xtreme Blizzard Cake online for a birthday cake. Online ordering was super easy. This location called us ahead of time to confirm order and pick date/time. When we picked up the order we got this cake. This cake looks very sad. We were really disappointed. We knew it wouldn’t look exactly like the one online. However, we didn’t expect for it to look this bad. We gave 2 stars because it did at least taste good and was completed on time.

I gave them 2 stars only because I love my hot fudge Sunday. But I drove all the way from Moulton just to have my craving fixed yet it is no way fixed. I turned in the parking lot at 9:43 pm. Sign said open so drive thru I went. But the problem is everything said open, The app ,the window but as I pulled up to wait for someone to ask me what I’d like, they turned the damn lights off & turned off the open sign !! All the while I’m at the window & they never checked up. So … I got a extremely large family clan.. we are Bordens & they all read my reviews as do our friends , & yes even my enemy’s.. guess I’ll make priceville location my new Hot Fudge Sunday with extra fudge location….

Ordered a blizzard and was basically completely melted. You can tell the ownership is cheap and I wonder if the same people own the Decatur location because it’s just about as bad. Go to Culver’s or sonic. Hate leaving a bad review but horrible ownership needs to be addressed. I will never go back to this location nor Decatur. This is sad because I use to love Dairy Queen.

I Ordered a birthday cake from this Dairy Queen in uber app. Unfortunately i was cancelled order but I didn’t get refund from uber . Then I promised a refund by store employee after 24 hours, and they told us if you not received then they make cake for that but made me come to the store three times—each time giving excuses like “owner’s not here.” If they had no intention of refunding, why waste my time?
Terrible customer service, false promises, and zero accountability. Never coming back.

I came up here at the Hartselle location to get ice cream with my kids, there was guy that doesn’t even work there grinding up on the girl that works the drive thru my kids saw this!!!The ice cream melted so quickly (we were inside). The dining room isn’t clean (floors are dirty, dirty tables. When they replenish the blizzard bar with candy the boxes have freezer burn on them.
